How To make Sambuca Romana Jam
5 c Crushed, fresh blueberries
1 t Grated lemon rind
1/2 c Water
1/2 c Sambuca romana
2 1/2 c Sugar
1 ea Box light fruit pectin
10 ea Coffee beans per jar
Mix 3/4 c sugar and pectin together. Stir into blueberries, lemon rind, water, and Sambuca in a heavy saucepan. Cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a hard boil. Stir in remaining sugar. Bring to a rolling boil, still stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Skim off foam with metal spoon. Place 10 coffee beans in each jar. Immediately pour jam into hot sterilized jars and vacuum seal. Makes 5 1/2 pint jars. From: Gourmet Preserves, Judith Choate

In today's episode we build a layered shot that could be a little slippery. We get exposed to black licorice, and not in a good way.
Ingredients:
1.5 oz - Romana Sambuca
0.5 oz - Coole Swan Irish Cream
1 drop - Stirrings Authentic Grenadine
Preparation:
First pour Romana Sambuca into your shot glass. The using a layering tool (ZEVRO Gravity Release Jigger used), layer Coole Swan on top of the Sambuca. Then add the one drop of grenadine into the shot glass. Try to enjoy responsibly.

Այս ամենը շերտ - շերտ դասավորել կաթսայի մեջ և ուղարկել տակ ջեռոցի մեջ 180° - 30 րոպե

Recipe:
8 eggs
3 lbs of ricotta cheese
1 zest of a lemon
1 tsp of vanilla
1 and 1/2 cups of sugar
1/4 cup of anisette (optional)
Preheat oven to 375. Mix all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer. Bake for 1 hour and 10-20 minutes. Let sit for an hour or so. Put in fridge. Best to wait at least 4 hours or better next day before serving.
