Ingredients for oatmeal bread 1 recipe:
3 cups of oatmeal.
2 eggs.
1 tsp salt.
1.5 cups of yogurt.

Add any nuts and seeds to taste.
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds.
1 tbsp sunflower seeds.
1 tbsp baking powder.
Bread pan 30/11 cm.
11/4 inch.
I added a few sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.

2 eggs.
150 g yogurt 5 oz.
half a teaspoon of salt.
2 cups + 0.5 cups 275-280 grams of rolled oats.
9.8 oz.

1 tbsp baking powder.

I have a mix of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds.

Bake oatmeal bread with yoghurt and oatmeal. Tasty bread not only for children's snack.

400 g all-purpose flour
100 g oatmeal
220 g lukewarm water
20 g fresh yeast or 7 g dried yeast
40 g oil
8 g salt
100 g yoghurt (room temperature)
1. Put the flour and oatmeal in a bowl. Mix and make a well in the centre. Pour the water into it and crumble the yeast.
2. Mix and incorporate some of the flour to form a dough.
Cover and leave to rest for 20 minutes.
3. Add the oil, salt and yoghurt. You can process the dough by hand or in a food processor. Cover the dough and let it rise for 60 minutes.
4. Carefully turn the dough out onto a lightly floured work surface, roll out and shape. Place in a greased tin. Cover the dough and leave to rise for 60 minutes.
Heat the oven to 180°C.
Bake for 45 minutes.

➤Ingredients:
110g (1Cup) Oatmeal Flour
2tbsp Psyllium Husk Powder
¼ tsp Salt
210 ml Warm Water
1 Tsp Apple Vinegar
1Tsp Active Dry Yeast
1Tbsp Olive Oil
1Tbsp Mediterranean Spices (optional)
Sesame Seeds for sprinkling on top (optional)
➤Preparation :
• put oatmeal flour, psyllium husk powder, active dry yeast, salt, and Mediterranean Spices (optional) in a bowl and mix it all together.
•Add warm water, olive oil, and a tsp of apple vinegar and mix well. Leave the dough to soak for 20 minutes.
• Form the dough into a ball and divide it into 6 smaller balls (It will be better to oil your hands a little, as the dough is sticky and this is the easiest way to make balls).
• Dip the ball into the sesame seeds and put in a prepared muffin pan (sesame seeds must be on top)
•Bake for 35 minutes on 200°C ( 392F )

First, to make this healthy banana bread with oats you should use ripe bananas. They're naturally sweet, great for baking recipes and provide lots of health benefits.
Next, you can see step by step recipe, from making the batter to baking and eating.
If you want you can eat the banana bread just as it is, but I like to bring it on the next level.
Here I make the simple honey cream cheese by combining 1/2 cup (115g) cream cheese with 1 teaspoon honey.
Next I recommend you making a quick strawberry jam. For this 5-minute jam you'll need 2 cups (450g) strawberries (fresh or frozen), 2 tablespoons maple syrup and 1/4 cup (60ml) water. Bring it all to the boil, cook for 5 minutes and mash with the potato masher, that's it.
Lastly you can have a slice with melted chocolate on it.

OATMEAL BANANA BREAD RECIPE
Ingredients:
1.5 cups ground oats (or oat flour) (150g)
1 cup old-fashioned oats (90g)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1/2 cup honey (170g)
1/2 cup melted butter (120g)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (145g)
1 tsp vanilla
Preparation:
In a bowl, combine wet ingredients, eggs, honey, Greek yogurt, vanilla and melted butter.
In a separate bowl, mash the bananas and incorporate into the egg mixture.
In another bowl, combine together the dry ingredients, ground oats, old-fashioned oats, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Pour dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing together to combine. Do not over mix the batter.
Pour into prepared baking dish, smooth the top and bake at 350F (180C) degrees for 50 minutes.
Let it sit for 15 minutes, then remove from the baking pan and set aside to cool completely.
Slice and serve with your favorite topping.
