Easy Homemade Meatloaf Recipe
Meatloaf Ingredients:
2 lbs Ground Beef
1 med Onion, finely chopped
2 large Eggs
3 Garlic cloves, minced
3 Tbsp Ketchup
3 Tbsp fresh Parsley, finely chopped
3/4 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
1/3 cup Milk
1 ½ tsp Salt, or to taste
1 ½ tsp Creole Kick
¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper
½ tsp ground Paprika
Meatloaf Sauce Ingredients:
3/4 cup Ketchup
1 ½ tsp White Vinegar
2 ½ Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Onion Powder
¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper
¼ tsp Salt

2lbs ground beef
1 small finely diced onion
1/2 cup finely diced bell pepper(color doesn't matter)
1 1/2 sleeves crushed Ritz crackers
3 eggs
4 oz. shredded Colby Jack cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Topping
1/2 to 3/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp mustard
Mix well.
Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, mix eggs, crackers, onion, bell pepper, cheese, milk, salt and pepper. Add ground beef and mix to combine, don't over mix. Place meatloaf on parchment paper or foil lined baking sheet. Form into loaf. Bake for 30 min. Remove from oven, spread topping over meatloaf and bake an additional 30-40 min until 160 degrees inside.

This simple meatloaf recipe video is The LaLa Farm's entry into the Meatloaf Wars YouTube collaboration.

Recipe:
This recipe makes a 1 pound meatloaf
1. Sweat until soft over low heat the following: 1/2 cup chopped red onion; 1/2 cup chopped red pepper.
2. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
3. Mix together the following: 1 pound ground beef; 1/2 cup quick cooking oats;
1 1/4 tsp salt; 1/4 tsp black pepper; 1 egg; 8 ounce can of diced tomatoes with juice; sweated red onion and red pepper.
4. Form mixture into a loaf on a drip pan.
5. Make the glaze by mixing together the following ingredients: 1/3 cup ketchup;
2 tablespoons brown sugar; 1 tablespoon of brown mustard.
6. Use a basting brush to thickly coat the loaf completely.
7. Bake at 375 degrees for 60-90 minutes until the internal temperature in the thickest part of the loaf reaches 160 degrees.
8. Thickly slice and enjoy!

Meat loaf
Ingredients:
2 beaten eggs
3 pounds of ground beef
1 tablespoon of diced onions
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon Coldens freakin' Greek Seasoning
2 cans of diced tomatoes
2 sleeves of Ribs crackers
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients and roll into a loaf.
Place onto a grill mat.
Sprinkle smoked paprika on top.
Smoke the loaf for 1 hour and a half at 200ºF
Raise heat to 425ºF and grill until and internal of 165ºF
Mushroom Gravy
Ingredients:
3 beers
1 pack of Au Jus gravy
4 tablespoons of beef base
3 cups of chopped mushrooms
Instructions:
Mix well
Add mushroom
Smoke along side of the meat loaf

How to make a Classic Meatloaf
Meatloaf Classic
1 ½ pounds ground beef
1 egg
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
1 cup milk
1 cup dried panko bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
About 2 teaspoons kosher salt and black pepper
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
⅓ cup of ketchup
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine Bread Crumbs and milk and let sit for 15 min until all the milk has been absorbed into the bread crumbs then add the beef, egg, Worcestershire sauce onion, Garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste ( To Taste for Seasoning cook a little bit of the meatloaf in a pan and cook all the way through, Then taste and adjust.) and place in a 9x5-inch loaf pan, or form into a loaf and place in a 9x13-inch baking dish or mini loaf pans
Step 3
In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf.
Step 4
Bake at 375 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 40 min to 1 hour or until the inside temp reaches 160 *f
Let rest for 10 minutes and cut and serve.
