3 CUPS FRESH STEAMED BROCCOLI FLORETS
3 CUPS CHICKEN BROTH
1/2 CUP LARGE ONION CHOPPED
3 TBSP. BELL PEPPER CHOPPED
1 CUP PEPPERIDGE FARM HERB STUFFING (TRADITIONAL)
8 TBSP. BUTTER
1 CUP MILK
1 CUP RICE
1/2 TSP. SALT
1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM
1/2 CUP MAYO
1/2 TSP. BLACK PEPPER
1/2 TSP. SALT
PINCH CAYENNE PEPPER
1/4 CUP FLOUR
2 CUPS SHREDDED MILD CHEDDAR CHEESE
Steam broccoli for 8 minutes. Combine broth and
milk. Sauté onion and pepper in a saucepan with 4
tbsp. butter until tender (medium heat). In a large
bowl combine rice, herb stuffing, mayo, sour cream,
black pepper, 1 cup cheese and mix well. Put onion
and pepper in a bowl with rice and other ingredients.
Melt 4 tbsp. butter in a saucepan. Add flour, salt,
cayenne, and blend with whisk. Continue cooking
until flour begins to brown. Add broth and milk and
bring to boil. Pour over rice. Mix well, then place in a
13x9 baking dish. Top with 1 cup shredded
cheese. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour.

Creamy Chicken and Rice Skillet Casserole – Cheap 1 Pot Dinner in 30 Minutes – Hard Times – The Hillbilly Kitchen
This creamy cheesy skillet Chicken Casserole will satisfy your entire family and you can cook on the stove top without heating the house up. It is a simple, one pot dish that is perfect for any weeknight dinner. You can have on the table in 30 minutes. The variations are virtually endless. It's easy, affordable, and delicious. You can make it with the ingredients that you already have on hand. No need for a shopping trip in a specialty food store. This is the kind of meal that I grew up on, and I raised my 4 kids on.
JOHN 5:24-25 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.

Ingredients:
1 ½ - 2 cups Cooked Chicken (1 pound uncooked)
2 cups Water and 2 Bouillon Cubs or 2 cups Chicken Broth
1 ¾ cups Milk
1 ½ cups Long Grain Rice
1 Onion
2 cups Veggies (Corn, Peas, Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower…canned, frozen or fresh)
1 1/2 cup Cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
**Optional other spices and seasonings
STEPS TO PEACE WITH GOD
1. God’s Plan—Peace and Life God loves you and wants you to experience His peace and life. The BIBLE says: “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life” (John 3:16).
2. Our Problem—Separation Being at peace with God is not automatic, because by nature you are separated from God. The BIBLE says: “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23).
3. God’s Remedy—The Cross God’s love bridges the gap of separation between God and you. When Jesus Christ died on the cross and rose from the grave, He paid the penalty for your sins. The BIBLE says: “He personally carried the load of our sins in his own body when he died on the cross” (1 Peter 2:24, tl b).
4. Our Response—Receive Christ You cross the bridge into God’s family when you receive Christ by personal invitation. The BIBLE says: “But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name” (John 1:12).
To receive Christ you need to do four things:
1. ADMIT your spiritual need. “I am a sinner.”
2. REPENT and be willing to turn from your sin.
3. BELIEVE that Jesus Christ died for you on the cross.
4. RECEIVE, through prayer, Jesus Christ into your heart and life. CHRIST says, “Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in” (Revelation 3:20). The BIBLE says, “Whoever calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved” (Romans 10:13).
What to Pray: Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner and need Your forgiveness. I believe that You died for my sins. I want to turn from my sins. I now invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as Lord and Savior. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Who doesn't love a casserole? One of our favorite sides at Harold's Meat + Three is this version featuring the ultimate trio: cheese, broccoli and rice. Chef Harold Moore's inspiration in creating the dish was a gluten-free side for diners that could stand up to mac and cheese. Fluffy rice is tossed with blanched broccoli and a rich sauce of Gruyère, cheddar and Velveeta before hitting the dish. We add a few bread crumbs on top, but feel free to omit them for the perfect gluten-free casserole. Get the recipe at:

Want to add a crisp bread/crumb or cracker topping? Follow these steps after you take it out of the oven:
Crush up 1 cup of Ritz crackers (You can also use buttered panko, breadcrumbs, or even cornflakes). Mix it with two tablespoons of Parmesan cheese and two teaspoons of parsley. Stir in 4 tablespoons of melted butter. Spread crumb topping over the cheese topping and bake for another 10 minutes.

⭐️HOLIDAY SIDES PREP BROCCOLI CHEESE RICE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
8 oz (227 g) cooked shredded
10 oz (283 g) frozen chopped broccoli (thawed)
1/2 tsp season all seasoning salt
1/2 tsp granulated onion powder
1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup (113 g ) Minute Rice (uncooked)
10.5 oz (298 g) can of cream of chicken condensed soup
1 1/4 cup (300 ml) low sodium chicken broth
4 oz (113 g) American processed cheese (cubed)
4 oz (113 g) cheddar cheese (shredded)
- In a large bowl combine, uncooked Minute rice, cooked chicken, canned cream of chicken soup, all dry seasonings, thawed broccoli, American processed cheese, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, chicken broth, and combine well
- Add mixture to a buttered 8x8 baking dish, top with the remaining half of cheddar cheese and cover with aluminum foil
- Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit / 204 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes
- After baking for 20 minutes, uncover and broil for a minute or until the top is golden brown and bubbling
- Remove from the oven and allow to set for 15 minutes before serving
- This recipe serves 4 single servings
