Cake: 1 ( 10 oz.) pkge. reduced fat -white cake mix 3/4 c Water 1 Egg 1/4 c Crushed peppermint candy Topping: 1 c (from 16 ounce can) reduced -fat vanilla frosting 1 To 2 tablespoons crushed -peppermint candy Heat oven to 350?F. Spray 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. In large bowl, combine cake until moistened; beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Stir in 1/4 cup crushed candy. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake at 350?F for 25 to 35 minutes or until cake pulls away from sides of pan and springs back when touched lightly in center. Cool completely.
