It's easy to make a delicious peppermint fudge pie for the holidays. First, make the chocolate crumb crust by mixing crushed Nilla Wafers, powdered sugar, melted butter, and unsweetened cocoa powder, and then pat it into a springform pan. Next, make a fudge sauce by boiling sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and unsweetened chocolate.Let it thicken and then whisk in some vanilla. Pour about half of the fudge onto the cooled pie crust. Next, soften the ice cream by slicing the ice cream into a few pieces, stiring the ice cream, and then layering the ice cream on top of the crust and fudge. Pour the remaining fudge over the ice cream. Put some whipped cream with crushed peppermint over the pie for a finishing touch.
