How To make Peppermint Fudge Pie
24 chocolate cookies
crushed
1/2 cup butter or margarine
4 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup peppermint candy :
crushed
Directions: 1 Combine cookies and melted butter or margarine. Press into 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 minutes. Cool. 2 Put 3 cups marshmallows in a double boiler. Add milk, and cook until mixture melts and thickens. Cool in refrigerator for about 15 minutes. 3 In another bowl, whip the cream. Blend in the crushed candy and remaining 1 cup marshmallows. Fold whipped cream mixture into melted and cooled marshmallow mixture. 4 Pour into crust, and chill well before serving. Makes 1 - 9 inch pie

2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream, Divided
1 Cup Soft Peppermint Candy, Crushed
Garnish
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/3 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp. Peppermint Extract
Crushed Peppermint

Put a smile on everyone’s face this festive season by gifting these Peppermint bark fudge. It is a simple no-bake fudge that doesn’t require a candy thermometer.
This fudge is made using an Instant pot, has layers of milk and white chocolate and a sprinkle of candy cane pieces. It is one of the most popular fudge to make for Christmas because it’s an easy, few-ingredient recipe that tastes incredibly good.

Peppermint Pie Recipe
Peppermint pie recipe
You'll need:
1/4 cup cold water
1 packet of unflavored gelatin
10 oz of soft peppermint candy
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1 1/2 half cups of heavy cream
1 premade chocolate cookie crust
1/3 cup peppermint baking chips
Directions:
Mix gelatin with water to soften and sit aside. Combine the 1/2 cup of heavy cream and the peppermints to a saucepan and cook over low heat until candy has fully melted. Add the softened gelatin and mix well. Remove from heat and allow to cool. While cooling whip the 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream until stiff. Fold whipped cream into the peppermint mixture, then pour into crust. Top with peppermint baking chips and place in refrigerator to chill.
