How to Make Easy Organic Homemade Raspberry Liqueur
Hi ya Gorgeous!
Have you ever wanted to make your own organic liqueur but didn't know where to start? This easy organic process is simple and makes a great Christmas gift!
Here is the recipe I used:
4 cups fresh or frozen raspberries - I really recommend using the organic
1 cup organic cane sugar - and a wee pinch more for good measure
1 (750-milliliter) bottle 80-proof vodka - I used the cheapest stuff Walmart sold - though, I can see value in using something of better quality.
Mix all ingredients together. Shake. Label the start date. Store in cool, dark place. Every other day or so - shake again. 2 months from now - it's ready to strain and enjoy! Gift or sip!
I processed mine in a large dark glass Ball storage jar. It's possible it's up for grabs and debate what type of bottle to use. I think glass is better than plastic.
Amazon supply list:
Raspberries - shop local!
Cane Sugar
Ball jar
Vodka - shop local!
I stored mine in a cool, dark, pantry shelf. Refrigerating is a possibility as I know a friend's channel did so.

Making Raspberry Liqueur
What started as a tiny little 1 gallon Raspberry Start, os now, bigger than a small car! I pick enough Raspberries each year, to make a couple dozen bottles of Raspberry Liqueur, a couple dozen jars of Raspberry Jam, and, feed a fresh pint a day, to my family, during peak of summer! This video shows you how I take the Raspberries from Berry to A Sweet Tasty Liqueur.
Please let me know in the comments, do you make jellies, jams, or Liqueur? Let me know, below! My gardens are in Zone 7a/7b.

Homemade FRUIT LIQUEUR Recipe
This fruit liqueur recipe video shows you how to make four delicious fruit liqueurs at home, using fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. These liqueurs are perfect for enjoying on their own or using in cocktails and other recipes. They also make great gift ideas!
To make the strawberry liqueur, simply combine fresh strawberries and vodka in a clean mason jar or bottle and seal tightly. Allow the liqueur to infuse for at least 2 weeks before adding sugar syrup.
To make your blueberry liqueur, raspberry liqueur and blackberry liqueur, simply follow the same steps but swap out the fruit in your fruit liqueur recipe.
