This homemade Butternut Squash Bread is deliciously moist and so simple to make! Made with butternut squash puree, warm spices, and a hint of orange, it boasts all the wonderful flavors of Autumn. This may just become your new favorite fall treat!

Ingredients
1 ¾ cups (220 g) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
½ cup (120 mL) (120 mL) canola oil
¾ cup (150 g) granulated white sugar
½ cup (107 g) packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs room temperature
1 ½ cups (341 g) butternut squash puree
¼ cup (60 mL) orange juice (or water)
Instructions
1. Preheat and prepare pan. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×5” loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray or grease with butter and set aside.
2. Combine dry ingredients. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, cloves, ginger and cinnamon.
3. Combine wet ingredients. In the same mixing bowl whisk together oil, sugars, eggs, squash, and water until combined.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix together with a spatula until just combined.
5. Bake. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean. Remove from the oven and allow the bread to cool completely in the pan set on a wire cooling rack.
6. Storage: Store the bread, and any leftovers, covered at room temperature for 2 days, or in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Pumpkin Bread Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
8 tablespoons unsalted butter, plus more for pan
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup 100% pumpkin
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice mix
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2/3 cup buttermilk
Streusel Topping Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar, divided
4 tablespoon butter, melted
1/3 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup chopped pecans (more or less to taste)
How We Make It:

*Butter a 9x5 loaf pan and line with Parchment paper
*Prepare struesel by combining 1/4 cup brown sugar, butter and flour
chill in refregerator while preparing Bread Recipe
*Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
*Whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt and set aside
*Combine butter, sugar, pumpkin, eggs and vanilla
*Add sugar/pumpkin mixture to dry ingredients and mix well
*Stir in buttermilk
*Remove topping from refrigerator and stir in remaining brown sugar and pecans
*Sprinkle topping mixture on top of Pumpkin Bread and gently press it down with a fork
*Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 60-65 minutes or until wooded screwer can be
insterted and comes out clean.

A delicious recipe for vegan, gluten-free pumpkin bread.
RECIPE
2 cups gluten-free oat flour
¾ cup brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. ginger
½ tsp. cloves
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ cup water
¼ cup olive oil
½ cup chopped walnuts
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and grease a loaf pan. Mix the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients, and mix. Stir in most of the walnuts. Dump the batter into the greased pan, and sprinkle the remaining walnuts over the top. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes. Let cool a little in the pan, then slice and serve. Makes one loaf.

Easy and Delicious Pumpkin Bread Recipe with Nuts | Fall baking
Hi guys welcome back to my channel. My name is Susie and I recently started learning how to bake and I thought it would be fun to share my journey with you guys. Fall is here and one of the perfect treats to have during fall is pumpkin bread. whether you are getting your pumpkin puree from areal pumpkin plant or from a can this recipe is perfect for those days when you want to enjoy everything fall has to offer. One note here, make sure all of your liquid ingredients like the pumpkin puree, butter, and eggs are all at room temperature. If you don't have ground cloves, cinnamon or nutmeg, all 3 can be replaced by pumpkin spice but just note that pumpkin spice also contains ginger.

Pumpkin Bread Recipe

☐1/2 tsp salt
☐1/2 tsp baking powder
☐1 tsp baking soda
☐1 tsp ground cloves
☐1 tsp cinnamon

☐1 1/2 sticks or 12 tbsp softened butter
☐1 1/3 cup of sugar

☐1/2 15oz can (7.5oz) of 100% pure pumpkin 214g
☐ 1/2 cup slivered almonds (optional)

Bake at 350F for about and hour or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
