Pumpkin Gingerbread Muffins ????????WW Friendly /Weight Watchers ????????FALL BAKING???????? WW Points/Calories/Macros- These easy pumpkin gingerbread muffins combine two of my favorite flavors, pumpkin and ginger! They are so easy to make and low in points and calories, making them the perfect guilt free, sweet Fall treat! Weight Watchers Points & Calories/Macros and additional nutritional information Included down below!

Ingredients:
1 1⁄2 cup All-purpose flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1⁄2 tsp Baking soda
1⁄2 tsp Table salt
1 tsp Ground ginger
1 1⁄2 tsp Ground cinnamon, 1 tsp for muffins, 1/2 tsp for topping
1⁄8 tsp Ground nutmeg
1⁄8 tsp Ground cloves
1 cup Pumpkin puree
2 medium Bananas
2 large Egg
1⁄4 cup Lakanto Maple flavored syrup
1⁄2 cup Monk fruit sweetener with erythritol
1 Tbsp Molasses
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1⁄4 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener with erythritol, golden
In a medium bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground ginger, 1 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and salt and mix until well combined. In a large bowl, mash bananas. Add eggs, pumpkin, syrup, monkfruit classic, molasses, vanilla, and greek yogurt. Mix until well combined. Pour dry ingredients into wet and fold in until no more dry is visible. Line or spray a muffin tin and fill evenly. For the topping, mix together monkfruit golden and remaining cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly on the tops of batter. Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean.

Easy Pumpkin Muffin/cupcake using a cake mix #weightwatchers

I saw Frekifitwolf make these and I wanted one!
Recipe
1 box yellow sugar-free cake mix
2 egg
1 tbsp of pumpkin. Pie spice
1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
3 1/2 cups of pure pumpkin
Mix everything in a large bowl. Place in muffin liners. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins, Cool and mix powdered sugar substitute (1 cup) add water to make a glaze, as thick or thin as you want, Dip cupcakes in glaze and let dry. 1 sp per muffin 2 muffins 2 sp 3 muffins 4 sp

WW Pumpkin Muffin Recipe - Just 2 Ingredients!

Here’s a delicious Weight Watchers pumpkin muffin recipe you are sure to love. This quick muffin is the perfect sweet treat for you to enjoy without using too many WW points.
Because these start with a cake mix, they are easy to prepare so you can whip up a batch to have on hand for whenever you need them.
This recipe couldn’t be more simple. Here are the ingredients:
1 box Spice Cake mix
1 can (14 ounce) pumpkin. Be sure to buy plain pumpkin, not pumpkin pie mix which has added sugar.
1 cup water
MyWW Green - 3 points
MyWWBlue - 3 points
MyWW Purple - 3 points
3 points per muffin, make 24 muffins.
WW points using a sugar-free cake mix:

MyWW Purple - 2 points

***Update***at the end of the video I mentioned adding a bit more of the cinnamon & all spice however after they cooled and I refrigerated over night this morning I could taste the flavor more, so technically it wouldn’t hurt to do a little more or leave as shown in video. ????
This was my 1st time time making these (so trial & error lol) but they came out good! I do mention in the video next time I think I will add more spices then I did... but it wasn’t bad with less. I also mention them being 3SP in beginning of the video however the batch made 18 muffins not 12 as I anticipated so they ended up being only 2SP!! ????
•Preheat oven to 350
•mix ingredients & blend well
•spray muffin pan with cooking spray
•bake 22 mins
Ingredients:
•1 can 100% pure pumpkin
