4 c Flour
1 1/2 c Butter
2 c Quick Cooking Oats
2 c Brown Sugar
2 ts Baking Soda
2 ts Cinnamon
1 Egg
1 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
1 cn Pumkin,solid,packed (16oz)
1 c Chocolate Chips
1 c Raisins
1 c Chopped nuts
1/2 pk M&M
Preheat oven to 325 degress F. Grease cookiesheets. Cream butter,sugar and egg,vanilla and pumpkin, beat it all untill light and fluffy. Mix in dry ingridients, beat in cup by cup, mix all well. Drop on cookiesheets by teaspoonfulls, leave space they will spread out. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until firm and lightly golden brown. Remove from cookie sheets, cool on racks. Decorate with M&M right away or drizzle with LEMON GLAZE: 1 3/4 cup of Powdered Sugar 1 Tablespoon grated lemonpeel 1 Tablespoon lemonjuice Combine all three and glaze the cookies with it, or decorate with jelly beans for children. Ingredients:
Pumpkin Cookies:
1 cup 2 sticks butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup canned pumpkin
2 cups all-purpose flour
Cream Cheese Frosting:
1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
8 oz cream cheese softened
3 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1) To make the cookies: Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Cover a large cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a large bowl, beat butter with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 1 minute. Add sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice and beat until well combined. Add egg and 1 vanilla and beat well then add pumpkin and beat until combined. Add flour and beat on medium speed until completely incorporated. The dough will be wet.
2) Drop dough by heaping tablespoon a few inches apart on prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until tops are set and no longer look wet. Allow to cool on cookie sheet for a few minutes then transfer to wire rack to cool completely before frosting.
3) To make the cream cheese frosting: In a large bowl, beat together butter and cream cheese until smooth with no lumps. Sift in the powdered sugar and add vanilla. Beat until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes. Once cookies are cool, frost with cream cheese frosting. Serve immediately or keep in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

1 box spice cake mix
1 - 15 oz can 100% pumpkin
1 large egg
1 cup chocolate chips

This super soft pumpkin cookie is the perfect fall treat that melts in your mouth. Thanks to the various spices, the cookies are very aromatic.
Dough:
300 gr all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp ground cinnamon
0.5 tsp ground ginger
0.25 tsp ground cardamom
0.25 tsp nutmeg
0.5 tsp salt
250 gr butter / margarine softened
150 g sugar
2 medium eggs
2 tsp vanilla
300 gr pumpkin puree
Glaze:
100 gr powdered sugar
2.5-3 tablespoons of milk
1. First, combine dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and spices). And set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the soft butter and sugar for 2 minutes at medium speed until the mixture becomes smooth.
3. Add vanilla, eggs and beat for about 2 minutes until smooth.
4. Add pumpkin puree and mix well until smooth.
5. Pour in the dry mixture and mix well with a spatula.
6. Cover the dough with foil and refrigerate for 2 hours.
7. Place 6 balls on baking paper at a distance from each other. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 C.
8. While the cookies are baking, prepare the glaze. Pour powdered sugar into a bowl and add a few 2-3 tablespoons of milk.
9. Stir well until smooth. The glaze should not be too runny.
10. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cookies and serve with tea.

Тесто:
300 гр муки
1 ч ложка разрыхлителя
1 ч ложка пищевой соды
2 ч ложки корицы
0.5 ч ложки молотого имбиря
0.25 ч ложки молотого кардамона
0.25 ч ложки мускатного ореха
0.5 ч ложки соли
250 гр сливочного масло/маргарина
150 гр сахара
2 средних яйца
2 ч ложки ванилина
300 гр тыквенного пюре
Глазурь:
100 гр сахарной пудры
2.5-3 ст ложки молока
1. Для начала соедини сухие ингредиенты (мука, сода, разрыхлитель, соль и специи). Убери в сторонку.
2. В отдельной емкости взбиваем мягкое сливочное масло с сахаром в течении 2 минут на средней скорости, пока масса не станет однородной.
3. Добавь ванилин, яйца и взбивай около 2 минут до гладкости.
4. Добавь тыквенное пюре и хорошо перемешай пока масса не станет однородной.
5. Всыпь сухую смесь и хорошо перемешай лопаткой.
6. Накрой тесто пленкой и охлаждай 2 часа.
7. Выложи 6 шариков на бумагу для выпечки на расстоянии друг от друга. Выпекай 15 минут при 180 С.
8. Пока печенье выпекается, приготовим глазурь. В емкость всыпь сахарную пудру и добавь несколько 2-3 столовых ложек молока.
9. Тщательно перемешайте до гладкости. Глазурь не должна быть слишком жидкая.
10. Полейте остывшее печенье глазурью и сразу подавайте к столу с чаем.
