- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 to 2 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Badia Complete Seasoning
GLAZE:
- 1 Cup Ketchup
- 1/4 Cup Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ Sauce

In this video I will show you a detailed recipe on how to make the best meatloaf in the world and creamy mashed potatoes from scratch. Most ingredients that I do add inside are common food that you will have in your house. I come from a large family so it’s hard for me to cook small. Most of the time when I cook I either feed my neighbors and friends.
Oven & Air a fry Recipe (under the oven recipe)
Recipe
Mashed Potatoes
8-10 small potatoes
3~4 cups of cold water to boil the potatoes on high for 20 minutes or until soft
1 tablespoon of salt
2 cups of milk
1 rosemary stalk
1/2 stick of butter
Meatloaf (2 pans and feeds up to 10)
4 pounds of beef
1 red, orange bell pepper
1 white onion
1 tomato or a can of totes tomatoes
2-3 tablespoons of creole seasoning
1 tablespoon of black pepper
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of turmeric
2 tablespoons of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning
3 large eggs
1 cup of milk
2 1/2 cup of plain bread crumbs
Bake on 420* for 35 minutes. Use a skewer or tooth pick to insert holes into the meatloaf.
Meatloaf sauce
1 1/2 cup of ketchup
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of onions powder
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of white wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon of creole seasoning
Spread on the meatloaf then cook for 10 minutes.
Air Fry Meatloaf recipe
Use all the same ingredients for the oven recipe. Since the air fryer cooks faster and most of them only go up to 400 degrees, I would cook the meatloaf on 375 for 25-35 minutes. Check on it at 25 minutes to see if the inside is no longer raw. You can insert a toothpick from the top of the meat and if it comes out with raw pink meat on it then, finish cooking the meatloaf for 10 more minutes. If it is not raw in the middle at 25 minutes, then you can add your sauce to the meatloaf. Put the dish back in the air fryer but lower the temperature to 350, so it can slowly caramelize and cook for 5-7 minutes. If you want to leave it in there longer try 10 minutes. Just be sure to check on your meatloaf at 5 or 7 minutes.

Not the singer, obviously, but the dish, and so we worked hard to develop a recipe that takes the classic meatloaf and firmly establishes it in the 21st century. Filled with ham, cheese, garlic & herb cream cheese, and eggs, this ain't your mama's meatloaf, folks!

You'll Need:
For the meatloaf:
- 1½ lbs ground beef
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- salt & pepper to taste
For the filling:
- 2-3 ham slices
- ¾ cup garlic & herb cream cheese
- 3-4 Gouda or Swiss cheese slices
- 3 eggs
Here's How:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with butter and swirl some bread crumbs around the inside of the pan so they stick to the butter. Combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, onion, salt, and pepper, and transfer the meatloaf mixture to the greased loaf pan. Press a tall glass into the loaf pan horizontally to create an indent in the center.
2. Line the indent with the ham slices.
3. Cover the ham with the garlic & herb cream cheese.
4. Cover the cream cheese with the cheese slices.
5. Crack 3 eggs over the cheese.
6. Transfer the loaf pan to the oven and cook for 60 minutes.
This stuffed meatloaf is sure to be the ultimate crowdpleaser! Cupcakes for Dinner - Meatloaf & Mashed Potatoes
I was watching a show where contestants had to make Shepherd's Pie and of coarse thought What a great idea for a cupcake! LOL... The base of the cupcake if meatloaf stuffed with mixed veggies and topped with a dazzling crown of mashed potato frosting. It's a full dinner and dessert all in one!

Notes:
- You can add or subtract spices to suit your taste
- You can substitute what type of meat you would like
- You can certainly make mashed potatoes from scratch (and they were probably turn out even better as long as they were smooth enough to pipe)
- Your meatloaf will shrink some once baked
- Pour out the grease emitted from your baked meatloaf before stuffing and topping
- if you're into bacon, you could crumble some on top for even more flavor!
- you could add in your favorite cheeses too! (cheddar, parmesan, goat cheese.... mmmmmm)
- you could also put them under the broiler after you pipe the mashed potatoes to get some added color and texture on top
- the ingredients below make a LOT more than the 3 tins shown in the video (probably about 2.5x those)
Below is what I used for this recipe:
Meatloaf
2 lbs lean ground beef
2 lbs ground turkey
2.5 tbsp garlic powder
3.5 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp cumin
1 tbsp kosher salt
3 tbsp yellow mustard
1 small onion, minced
1 egg
1 cup panko bread crumbs
In the size containers i used, I baked at 350 degrees F for about 28 minutes
Filling
Frozen Vegetable medley
butter
garlic powder
onion powder
salt
flour
beef stock or broth
Mashed Potatoes
2 cups instant potato flakes
2 cups water, boiling (yes i realize mine wasnt.. i got impatient)
2 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp onion powder
2/3 c milk
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c heavy cream
1/4 grated parmesan cheese (not sure if i got this on camera, but its totally optional)
honey mustard salad dressing
scallions for garnish

INGREDIENTS
2 lbs 85/15 ground beef
1 envelope of beefy onion soup mix
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
1/4 of a medium-sized bell pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp fresh parsley
1 tsp cracked black pepper
2 large eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
SAUCE
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup A-1 steak sauce
2 Tbsp dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp diced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
How I make meatloaf
The best meatloaf I've ever made
