How To make Pork Chops with Bananas and Bacon
-Sheryl FGKG27A 4 Pork chops, 1" thick
3/4 tb Cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste 1 Lemon; juiced
2 tb Butter; softened
2 Large bananas
6 Strips bacon
Beer (opt) Combine the butter, salt, pepper and cumin. Rub into both sides of the meat. Saute' the bacon briefly, until some of the fat has rendered. Remove and drain. Peel banana's and cut into 1 1/4 chunks. Place on a dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Slice the bacon in strips long enough to wrap around each banana slice. Place on skewers, threading through the bacon.... Place the pork chops on a hot grill, for 15 minutes, turning once. Turn grill down to medium, adding the bacon and banana's; grill another 10 minutes, turning both the meat and banana's. Also good basted with beer, while the meat cooks.

In this delicious Mexican recipe, meaty bone-in pork chops are smothered in a wonderful tomato salsa gravy, this is one of my Ron's favorite Mexican dish, he often asked me for it, I hope you give it a try, and please let me know if you do.❤
INGREDIENTS
4 bone-in pork chops (1 inch thick)
4 medium roma tomatoes
1 serrano pepper (optional)
1 small green bell pepper (cut in strips)
1 small yellow onion (julienned)
2 celery ribs (diced)
2 leg green onions chopped (green and white parts)
1/2 tsp whole cumin
1/2 tsp peppercorns
3 large garlic cloves
1/2 tsp dry oregano
1 bay leaf
2 & 1/2 Tbsp all purpose flour
pepper (to your liking)
salt (to your liking)
small bunch cilantro
2 C. chicken broth
3 Tbsp canola
