How To make Chili Pork Chops
1 medium tomato
seeded and cubed
1 16 ounces wh kernel corn
15 ounces black beans :
rinsed and drained
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon chili powder
4 small pork chops :
1/2 inch thick
1 tablespoon margarine
cilanto or parsley for garnish
1. In a large bowl combine tomato, corn, black beans, cilantro, lime juice, sug ar and 1/2 tsp salt; set aside. 2. On waxed paper, combine flour, chili powder and 1/2 tsp salt. Coat pork chop s with chili powder mixture. 3. In nonstick 12 inch skillet, heat margarine over medium heat; add pork chops and cook about 8 minutes or until tender and pork just loses its pink color. 4. Serve pork chops with corn salad.

Ingredients
FOR PORK CHOPS
2 lbs of boneless pork chops
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
FOR SWEET & SPICY GLAZE/SAUCE
½ cup of hot sauce
1 cup of brown sugar
3 tablespoons of butter
1 Tbsp of soy sauce
1 Tbsp of white vinegar
½ teaspoon of red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
Directions
Salt & pepper both sides of your pork chops.
Add 2 Tbsp of vegetable oil to an oven-safe skillet on medium-high heat.
Place your pork chops in the skillet and sear them for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown. Flip it and sear the other side for 2-3 minutes.
After searing, place the skillet in a 350° oven to bake for 20-25 minutes.
For your sauce, in a small saucepan add hot sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, white vinegar, butter, and red pepper flakes. Whisk it occasionally and bring it to a simmer for about 3 minutes.
After pork chops have baked for 20-25 minutes remove them from the oven and add your glaze/sauce to both sides of the pork chops.
Place the pork chops back in the oven on low broil for 3-5 minutes to caramelize your glaze/sauce.
Remove from the oven, top with chopped parsley and serve with remaining glaze/sauce.

Sweet Chili Pork chops
Seasoning:
1Tbsp seasoning salt
1Tbsp garlic powder
1Tsp white pepper
1Tsp garlic pepper
1Tsp paprika
1Tsp onion powder
1Tsp parsley flakes
Mix together
2Tbsp melted butter
Sweet chili sauce
Bake 24 minutes (electric 365°, gas 350°)
Broil 4-5 minutes (you can stop here or continue for sweet chili pork chops)
Add sweet chili sauce
Broil 2-3 minutes
