Pittsburgh Steeler Game Day Sampler (Just smell that Polish aroma)
Football Season is back baby! And that means tailgate food!
What do you get when you fuse Polish food and the Pittsburgh Steelers together? You get the most awesome tailgate food. Today in Mike Oski’s Kitchen I want to introduce you to the:
Pittsburgh Steeler Game Day Sampler!
To kick the season off right…I am putting down my recipe to make your own authentic Steeler tailgate food. By the way, you DON’T have to be Steeler Fan to love this food. Even if you are not, that's fine, I guess...so just make this for your favorite pro, college or even high school football tailgates. It will travel well in a crock pot too.
Since I am a die-hard Steeler fan and 100% Polish, this one is a touchdown.
Let the aroma of this fill your house and you will feel like you are heading to the stadium for the big game. Haluski, pierogi, kielbasa, onion, bacon all in one dish…need I say more?
Best part is that this is simple to make with minimal ingredients. Get the store today and buy the ingredients to make this tomorrow before the Steeler game (or whenever you want). Here we go Steelers…Here we go!
Please share this recipe link with your family, friends, and social media contacts. Also, please SUBSCRIBE (if you haven’t yet) to Mike Oski's Kitchen (and encourage others to do so too) so you don't miss any upcoming video recipes. It is football season and many tailgate recipes to come along with my favorite fall food too.
Feel free to comment, ask any questions, and/or let me know how it turns out for you.
Always remember: Be the chef of your kitchen and get your folks back around the kitchen table because...If you cook it, they will come!
Enjoy!!!!
