Coca Cola chocolate cake! We made ours in a 9x13 pan. You can make it in a single layer, double layer cake. We made this with a chocolate icing. Ingredients- 1 cup of coca-cola 1/2 cup of cooking oil 1 stick of butter 3 Tbsp cocoa powder 2 cups of sugar 2 cups of all purpose flour 1/2 tsp salt 2 eggs 1/2 cup of buttermilk 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla In a saucepan mix cola, oil, butter and cocoa and bring to boil. In bowl combine sugar, flour and salt. Pour the Cola mixture over the flour mixture and beat well. Add eggs, buttermilk, baking soda and vanilla and beat well. Pour mixture into a greased and floured 13x9 inch baking pan or two nine inch round pans, or bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Allow cake to cool as you make the icing for the cake.

For the broiled peanut butter frosting, in a medium size bowl beat the butter, brown sugar and peanut butter together. Beat in the mild. Fold in the peanuts. Spread over the cake under the broiler broil just a few seconds or until the topping starts to bubble. Watch constantly and be careful not to scorch the frosting.
