How To make Pepper Steak Old Bay Seasoning Version
1 pound round steak -- cut in thin strips
1 cup sliced green pepper
1 cup sliced onion
1/2 cup coarsely chopped celery
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 Tablespoon corn starch
1 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoons Baltimore Spice Old Bay Seasoning
In skillet, brown round steak slightly in butter or margarine. Add vegetables, salt and Baltimore Spice Old Bay Seasoning. Stir fry about 5 minutes. Mix corn starch with water and soy sauce. Pour over vegetables. Stir until sauce is thick and slightly transparent. Serve over rice. Makes 6 servings

2 tsp adobo
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp old bay
1 tsp dry jerk seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 small onion chopped
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1/4 cup corn oil (canola oil is ok)

Today I show you how to make this quick and easy pepper steak recipe right at home. It taste better than takeout this meat is super tender since it’s velveted and stir fry
1 pound rib eye steak
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
MEAT TENDERIZER OR VELVETING METHOD
Rice wine vinegar or 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar and 1/4 cup cooking wine
Add enough water to cover steak
Let soak for 30 minutes
Then rinse with cold water
MARINADE FOR STEAK
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp seasame oil
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar or 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar and 1/4 cooking wine
1/2 cup beef broth
5 cloves garlic
Fresh scallion
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp to 1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp ginger powder or fresh ginger
1 tbsp brown sugar

Ingredients to Sauté Fresh Vegetables
