How To Cook Pasta Easily | Penne With Tomato Sauce | YESS Recipe 2020
The purpose of this video is to show how to cook pasta at home easily.
INGREDIENTS:
1.Chicken Breast
2.Capsicum
3.Chili Flakes
4.Tomato Puree
5.Green Chili
6.Shredded Cheese

10.Salt and Black Pepper

Cooking Process:
At first take some water on a pot and boil the Penne with some salt and oil until it's cooked. Meanwhile, Heat the oil on medium heat. Cut some chicken breasts into cubic size and fry them well in the pan with sliced garlic and cube onions. Add salt and black pepper while frying. Slice some mushrooms, capsicums and green chili on the other side. Add 1 cup of tomato puree, 1 cube sized butter and sliced chilies into the pan along with salt, pepper and chili flakes. Cook it for a minute and then add 1 tbsp of mayonnaise and cook the sauce for 2 - 3 minutes (add some more butter - optional). Now add the sliced capsicums and mushrooms and mix it well with sauce. Add the saved pasta boiled water and cook everything until the gravy is dense enough. Now add the pre-boiled pasta and mix it very well with the sauce (add some salt if needed). Finally, add 1 cup of shredded cheese and mix it well until the cheese melt. Your pasta is ready. Plate it with some sprinkling parsley.

Ingredients
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove (or more if you'd like)
red chili flakes to taste
1/4 cup black olives, chopped
3/4 cup crushed tomatoes
salt to taste
fresh parsley, chopped
7-12 oz Pasta
Boil your pasta to packaged directions and set aside saving some pasta water.
In a frying pan over medium low add olive oil and your garlic. Cook until fragrant, then add crushed tomatoes, sliced olives and red pepper flakes. Season to taste with salt and add your cooked pasta with some pasta water. Serve with fresh parsley and enjoy!

¼ cup Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove
¼ Red or White Onion
¼ cup Tomato Paste
½ cup Heavy Cream
1 tsp Chilli Pepper Flakes
Salt to Taste
2 tsps Black Pepper
1 tbsp Vodka
¼ cup Pasta Water
1½ cups Pasta
1 tbsp Butter
¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
Garnish with Chopped Basil
METHOD:
1. Over high heat, add 1½ cups of pasta in boiling water. Cook for 7-8 minutes or until al dente.
2. Strain the pasta from the water but keep ¼ cup aside.
3. Over medium heat add ¼ cup olive oil, 1 diced garlic clove, 1/4 diced red or white onion in a sauce pan.
4. Cook for 5 minutes or until onions are soft.
5. Add ¼ cup tomato paste.
6. Cook until for 5-10 minutes or until the tomato paste turns into a dark red color.
7. Add ½ cup heavy cream. Stir it altogether.
8. Add 1 tsp chilli pepper flakes, salt to taste and 2 tsps black pepper. Stir it altogether.
9. Optional: Add 1 tbsp vodka.
10. Add ¼ cup of pasta water left over.
11. Add the cooked pasta, 1 tbsp butter and ¼ cup parmesan cheese.
12. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
13. Garnish with freshly chopped basil.
