1/2 t salt
1 c flour
1/4 c red chile
1/4 c hot chile
combine ingredients in a food processor pulse until mixture forms a ball turnout onto a floured board and knead for 3 minutes wrap in plastic and allow to rest for 30 minutes divide into fourths remove one-fourth and wrap others in plastic process with a pasta machine or rollout to a thickness of 1/32-inch cut to desired shape repeat with remaining dough simmer in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes, just until no longer raw tasting dress as desired serve hot

Creamy Roasted Red Pepper Pasta
This Creamy Roasted Red Pepper Pasta is super quick and seriously delicious. The perfect meal to add to your family rotation dinners Enjoy! Chris x

CREAMY ROASTED RED PEPPER PASTA | Serves 4
????INGREDIENTS????
16oz / 460g Jar of Roasted Red Peppers
12oz / 350g Long Cut Pasta (here I use Linguine)
1 cup / 250ml cup Heavy/Double Cream
1 tbsp Butter
1 medium-large White Onion, diced
2 small cloves of Garlic, minced
1/2 cup / 50g cup (50g) Parmesan, finely grated (save some for serving)
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, plus extra to serve
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
Chilli Flakes, to preference (optional)
????METHOD????
Pop your pasta in salted boiling water and cook until al dente.
Meanwhile, melt your butter in a saucepan and fry your onions until they soften. Add your garlic and fry for a minute or so longer, then place in a blender with your roasted red peppers. Pulse to a smooth consistency.
Pour back into the pan and keep on a simmer. Add in your cream and stir until completely blended, then add your parmesan, parsley, smoked paprika and seasoning to taste.
Drain pasta and toss through your sauce until completely coated. Serve with extra parmesan and parsley!

INGREDIENTS:
Serves 2
1 clove garlic
1 red onion
1 red chilli
Olive oil
1 tin plum tomatoes
Fresh basil leaves
Salt
200g spaghetti
1 ladle reserved pasta water
Parmigiano
Method
Step 1
Pop a large pot of water on your hob to boil. Meanwhile, peel and dice your garlic and onion, then finely slice your chill
Step 2
Grab another pan, add your garlic, onion and chilli and drizzle with oil before popping it on the hob
Step 3
Add the tin of tomatoes and some fresh basil
Step 4
By now your pot of water should be boiling, add some salt and your pasta to the pot and cook as per the packet instructions
Step 5
When your pasta is nearly ready, remove it from the water and add it to the pan with your sauce, along with a ladle of the pasta water and mix well to ensure all your pasta gets coated in the sauce
Step 6
Plate up your pasta, you can then add as much grated parmesan ontop as you like and a little drizzle of olive oil too before tucking right in

Red chili paste is a homemade chilli paste made with red chilli boiled in water adding a little vinegar; remove and blended to a fine paste. This red paste can be used in making a variety of dishes such as Murgh makhani etc.
Ingredients:
Red chilies 8 Numbers
Vinegar 1 Teaspoons
Directions:
Heat water in a pan add vinegar, red chilies cook it for 15 minutes, let it cool down put it in the blender and make a paste.
