How To make Nutter Butter Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
14 Nutter Butter peanut butter
-sandwich cookies, crushed 3 tb Butter, melted
1/3 c Chocolate chips; semi-sweet
4 tb Corn syrup, light; divided
4 tb ;Water, divided
1/3 c Peanut butter, creamy
1/3 c Sugar; + 2 Tbsp
1/4 c Peanuts; chopped
2 Egg whites
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Heavy cream; whipped
Prepare the crust by combining cookies and butter. Press into bottom and up sides of a 9" pie plate. CHILL UNTIL SET. Combine the chocolate chips, 1 Tbsp corn syrup and 1 Tbsp water in the top of a double boiler. Cook over simmering water until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and COOL WELL. Meanwhile combine the peanut butter, 1/3 cup sugar, 3 Tbsp corn syrup, and 3 Tbsp water in a 2 quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is well blended. Pour into a bowl and stir in the peanuts; COOL. Beat the egg whites until foamy, using an electric mixer at high speed. Gradually add 2 Tbsp sugar, 1 Tbsp at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in the vanilla and continue beating until stiff, glossy peaks form when the beaters are slowly lifted. Fold the egg white mixture into the whipped cream. Then fold in the peanut butter mixture. Pour half of the peanut butter mixture into the crust. Drizzle half of the chocolate mixture over the filling. Top with the remaining filling. Drizzle the remaining chocolate in parallel lines over the filling. Pull a knife across the lines at 1 inch intervals. FREEZE UNTIL FIRM. Wrap securely in aluminum foil. Return to the freezer and CONTINUE FREEZING 8 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT. Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving.

Ingredients
▢2 ½ cups chocolate baking crumbs*
▢½ cup melted butter
▢2 packages cream cheese room temperature, 16 oz or 500 g total
▢1 ½ cup smooth peanut butter
▢1 ½ cup powdered icing sugar
▢1 ½ cup heavy whipping cream 30% fat or higher, cold
▢homemade whipped cream for garnish
Instructions
Stir together the chocolate baking crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 8 or 9 pie plate.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium until smooth.
Add the peanut butter and sugar and beat until combined.
Add the cream and beat on low until incorporated, then beat on high until thickened and fluffy. Taste the filling and adjust sweetness to taste as desired.
Spread into prepared crust and refrigerate until set, at least 6 hours or overnight.
Garnish with whipped cream, peanut butter drizzle, chocolate shavings and chopped peanuts or as desired.

You need:

* 6 tablespoons butter
* 8 ounces cream cheese
* 1 cup marshmallow fluff
* 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
* 3 cups Cool Whip
* 12 more Nutter Butter cookies
* 1/4 cup peanut butter melted in microwave to drizzle in top
This really was one of the best pies I have ever eaten, you must try it!!

1 pie crust, baked and cooled, or 1 graham cracker pie crust
1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
1 8oz package mascarpone cheese, softened
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 8oz cartons whipped topping
2 cup powdered sugar
Magic Shell ice cream topping
Directions:
For the pie...
Beat together cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, peanut butter, and vanilla just until blended. Add powdered sugar. Whip together. Add 1 8oz carton of whipped topping, blending until well combined. Pour into pie crust.
For topping...
Cover with 1 8oz carton of whipped topping. Drizzle with magic shell ice cream topping. Refrigerate at least 3-4 hours.
Optional....Whip 2 cups of heavy whipping cream with 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and top pie.

This is my no bake peanut butter pie with a nutter butter crust.
CRUST:
50 crushed Nutter Butter Bites cookies (I would probably recommend using 60-65 in order to fill sides of a 9 inch pie pan - 50 cookies wasn't quite enough)
5 tbsp Smart Balance 37% Light Buttery Spread
PIE FILLING:
4 oz Philadelphia fat free cream cheese
8 oz fat free whipped topping
12 tbsp Jif Peanut Butter
3/8 cup Domino confectioner's sugar
3/8 cup Splenda
1/2 cup 2% milk
PIE TOPPING:
10 Nutter Butter Bites Cookies (6 whole, 4 crushed)
1 tbsp Hershey's Lite Chocolate Syrup
1 tbsp Smucker's Natural Peanut Butter
TOTAL MACRONUTRIENT BREAKDOWN:
116g fat, 250g carbohydrates, 58g protein
~2285 calories (whole pie)
