1 tbsp instant coffee
300ml boiling water
9 ladyfinger biscuits
200ml double cream
1 tbsp sugar
Vanilla extract
100ml double cream
100g milk chocolate or 50g dark chocolate
Dark chocolate for sprinkling

100ml (1/3 cup) whipping cream
100g (3/4 cup) chopped white chocolate
