Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Vanilla Mousse:
-Sugar ¾ Cup
-Cornflour ½ Cup & 2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Vanilla essence 2 tsp
-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolks) 2
-Pakola Full Cream Milk 1 & ½ litre
-Makhan (Butter) 40g
Dark Chocolate Mousse:
-Dark chocolate grated 100g
Caramel Mousse:
-Caramel biscuits 300g Substitute: biscuits of your choice
Assembling:
-Badam (Almonds) chopped
-Chocolate shavings
Directions:
Vanilla Mousse:
-In a wok (thick bottom pan),add sugar,cornflour,salt,vanilla essence,egg yolks,milk & whisk until well combined.
-On stove,place wok,turn on the flame,mix well continuously and cook until it thickens (approx. 12-14 minutes).
-Add butter,whisk well & set aside.Vanilla mousse is ready!
Dark Chocolate Mousse:
-In a bowl,add dark chocolate,pour 1/3rd of vanilla mousse (hot) & whisk until well combined.
-Let it cool completely & transfer to a piping bag.
Caramel Mousse:
-In a chopper,add caramel biscuits & chop until crumbled.
-In a bowl,take out half quantity of crumbled biscuits & reserve half for later use.
-Now pour half of vanilla mousse & whisk until well combined.
-Let it cool completely & transfer to a piping bag.
-Now cool down the remaining prepared vanilla mousse & transfer to a piping bag.
Assembling:
-In a serving glass,add crumbled biscuits,almonds,mix & set gently.
-Now add layers of caramel mousse,dark chocolate mousse,vanilla mousse & garnish with chocolate shavings.
-Serve chilled.

-Karahi ko chulhay per rakh dein,chulha on karein,musalsal mix kertay hoye garha ho janay tak paka lein (approx. 12-14 minutes).
-Makhan dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.Vanilla mousse tayyar hai!

-Bowl mein dark chocolate aur 1/3rd vanilla mousse (hot) dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein aur piping bag mein dal dein.
Caramel Mousse:
-Chopper mein biscuits dal dein aur crumble hunay tak chop ker lein.
-Bowl mein crumbled biscuits ki half quantity nikal lein aur half ko bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
-Vanilla mousse ka half dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein aur piping bag mein dal dein.
-Remaining tayyar vanilla mouse ko thanda ker lein aur piping bag mein dal dein.
Assembling:
-Serving glass mein crumbled biscuits aur badam ker mix karein aur gently set ker lein.
-Ab tayyar caramel mousse,dark chocolate mousse aur vanilla mousse ki layers laga lein aur chocolate savings sa garnish ker lein.
-Thanda serve karein!

EASY NO BAKE BAILEYS IRISH CREAM CHEESECAKE
Ingredients
* 1 1/2 cups Oreo baking crumbs
* 5 tablespoons melted butter
* 900 grams cream cheese (about 32 ounces)
* 3/4 cup powdered sugar
* 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
* 300 grams white chocolate melted (12 oz)
* 100 grams semi-sweet chocolate melted (4 oz)
* 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
For decorating:
* 200 grams semi-sweet chocolate chopped (8 oz)
* 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream plus 2 teaspoons
* whipped topping or whipped cream, and chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)
Instructions
* Combine the Oreo baking crumbs and melted butter until moistened and crumbly.
* Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate to set.
* Combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large bowl, mixing with a hand mixer on medium speed (or in your stand mixer) until smooth.
* Add the Baileys and mix well until incorporated.
* Add the melted white and semi sweet chocolate in a steady stream while the mixer is running on low speed, until completely incorporated. Scrape down the sides of the bowl to be sure everything is incorporated.
* Fold in the whipped cream or whipped topping by hand until the mixture is fluffy and creamy and there are no streaks of white in the batter.
* Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared crust and smooth out the top with a rubber spatula.
* Refrigerate to set for 6 hours or overnight, or set in the fridge for 2-3 hours and then in the freezer for 2-3 hours before serving. OR, set in the freezer only for 4 hours.
For decorating:
* Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave on 50 percent power for 30-second increments until melted.
* Whisk in the 3/4 cup plus 2 teaspoons of heavy cream until a ganache forms.
* Drizzle the ganache over the chilled cheesecake.
* Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, and serve.

With a crispy crust and mocha mousse, this pie is a chocolate dessert lover's dream.

Ingredients
Cookie crust:
4 cups double chocolate chip cookies (about 28 Tate's Bakeshop cookies), crushed
1 stick of butter, melted
Chocolate mousse:
12 oz semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
2 ½ cups chilled whipping cream, divided
⅓ cup sugar
2 tsp espresso powder
½ cup mascarpone, softened at room temp
Whipped cream layer:
1 ¼ cups heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup powdered sugar
Chocolate shavings, for garnish
Let's get Cooking...
1 Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line the bottom and edges of a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
2 Mix crushed cookies and butter and press into the bottom and up the sides of springform pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Set aside and make the mousse.
3 Place chocolate, 1 cup of cream, sugar, and espresso powder in the bowl of a double boiler. Heat over the stovetop until chocolate is melted, stirring to incorporate all of the ingredients.
4 In another bowl beat remaining 1 ½ cups of cream until soft peaks form. Add mascarpone and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Fold in chocolate mixture.
5 Pour mixture over cookie crust. Place in refrigerator while you make whipped cream layer.
6 Pour cream and vanilla into a bowl and whip until soft peaks form. Add sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form. Top chocolate mousse layer with whipped cream.
7 Refrigerate for 6 hours to overnight. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
