2 1/2 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Ground cloves
1 c Brown sugar
-packed 2 c Mixed candied fruit/peels
1/2 c Raisins
1/2 c Dates
-chopped 1 c Walnuts
-chopped 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
1 c Prepared mincemeat
16 oz Sliced peaches
1/4 c Apricot nectar
In large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, and brown sugar. Stir in candied fruit, raisins, dates, and walnuts. Add sweetened condensed milk, mincemeat, peaches, and nectar. Combine well. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf -----

Ingredients:
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup diced, canned peaches (drained)
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray non-stick cooking spray in a 8x4 inch loaf pan. Mix ingredients together. Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour. Serve and enjoy!

4 fresh ripe peaches
2.5 cups all purpose flour
5 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp dry yeast
3/4 cup warm milk
1 large egg, beaten. Keep 2 tbsp for later use.
3 tbsp butter, room temperature
Extra flour
Dough :
1. In a mixing bowl, put flour. Make 3 wells, fill each well with sugar, salt, and dry yeast. Stir sugar and yeast first then mix all together.
2. Pout the warm milk and egg (set aside 2 tbsp egg for brush later). Stir.
3. Add butter, mix well using a wooden spoon until combined.
4. Put the sticky dough into greased bowl. Cover with cling film and keep in warm place for an hour. After an hour the dough will be very soft and hollow.
5. Sprinkle with extra flour and start folding (not kneading) with the tip of your fingers. Add little extra flour to prevent sticky, continue folding. The dough still soft but esy to handle
6. Put on floured work table, slightly press into flat. Cut the dough into 8 pieces. Shape into a rough balls. Let rest while we prepare the peaches.
7. Cut peaches into half, turn to open then discard the seed. Peel the skin as well. Put on the paper towel to absorb extra juice.
8. Take one dough, roll out into oval about 30 cm long. Cut into a ribbon about 6 to 7 ribbons. Twist each ribbon.
9. Put peaches in the middle of each dough with lightly press. Wrap the twisted dough ribbon around each peach. Repeat until finished. Rest for 15 minutes.
10. Brush with the remaining beaten egg.
Bake at 175°C preheated oven, for 30 minutes. Until golden brown and puffy.
Tips :
For sweeter taste, sift powdered sugar over the buns just afer come out from the oven
Serve warm is best.
For reheat, pop up in the microwave medium heat for 1 minute or more, or put in the oven at 175°C for 15 minutes.

Peach Cobbler Pudding | Better THAN Banana Pudding
I dont know if yall ready for this for the holidays BUT ITS HERE!

RECIPE:
Pudding:
4 egg yolks
3.5 cups whole milk
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean gel
3 tablespoons corn starch
Peaches:
3 cans peaches (leave juice in ONLY one)
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tsp vanilla bean gel
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Whipped topping:
3 cups heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla bean gel or extract
1 cup powdered sugar
Cookies I used:
2 packs of Bordeaux Caramalized cookies
Mix all ingredients for pudding in a large bowl then cook on low heat until thickened, making sure to mix often. Let cool in fridge at least 3 hours.
Add all ingredients for peaches in a large sauce pan and cook for 5-10 minutes. Let cool in fridge for 3 hours.
For whipped topping, mix heavy cream and vanila extract for 5 minutes until soft peaks form. Then add powdered sugar and mix just until thick, should stick straight up when pulled from bowl.
Layer how you want, refrigerate a few hours and enjoy!
