*Recipe:* •3-4 oz. White Peach Puree •1 oz. Simple Syrup (or sweeten with sugar) •2 oz. Aplós Calme •Fresh Mint
*Tools:* •Cocktail glass of your choice (we love a stem for this one!) •Glass for muddling and mixing •Cocktail Muddler •Shaker
*Process:* *1* Chill your cocktail glass and set aside *2* Add fresh mint and simple syrup to a glass for muddling *3* Gently muddle the mint leaves and simple to release mint flavor *4* Add 3-4 oz. White Peach Puree (Puree Recipe is here: *5* Add 2 oz. Aplós Calme *6* Move to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds *7* Remove ice from chilled cocktail glass, pour, garnish with fresh mint and enjoy
