Ingredients
10 Chicken Parts (6 Wings, 4 Thighs) 2 Tbs Margarine or Butter 1/3 Cup Chicken Broth 1/3 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar 1 Tbs Seasoning Salt 2 Tsp Garlic Powder 2 Tsp Onion Powder 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning 1 Tsp Parsley Flakes 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
1. Cut and remove fat from chicken pieces.
2. Place chicken in a big bowl. Add salt and cover in cool water.
3. Combine seasoning salt, garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning, parsley flakes, and pepper, then stir in well.
4. Place vinegar, chicken broth, and margarine or butter in a bowl. Microwave for 40 seconds or until margarine or butter is melted.
5. Massage chicken in vinegar and broth mixture then place in baking pan
6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
7. Season chicken with seasoning and massage seasonings in well.
8. Make sure chicken is skin side up and pour remaining vinegar broth mixture into baking pan.
9. Bake chicken for 1 hour.
10. After an hour, base chicken with juices and remove some of the juices in the baking pan.
11. Continue baking for an additional 30 minutes or until chicken is nice and golden brown.

This is a restaurant recipe for Tandoori Chicken.
Ingredients 4 chicken legs with thigh on 1/2 tablespoon cumin 2 tablespoon paprika 1/2 tablespoon turmeric 1 tablespoon Kashmiri chilli powder 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder 1 tablespoon garam masala 1 tablespoon methi 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon salt 2 tablespoon garlic ginger paste 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 and half tablespoon olive oil 3 tablespoon yoghurt
How to get the BEST Crispy Chicken Wings! | Oven Baked Chicken Wings Recipe
The crispiest chicken wings baked in the oven. The skin is deliciously crisp and salty, with tender meat on the inside. No deep frying required!
Smother in sauce (yes, they still stay crisp even with the sauce on) to make bbq wings, buffalo wings or sticky Asian-inspired wings. Or eat as they are - they're totally moreish without any sauce!

Crispy Chicken Wings Ingredients: 2.2 lbs (1 kg) chicken wings 2 level tbsp aluminium-free baking powder (It has to be baking powder NOT baking soda - see further notes on baking powder below ½ tsp salt make sure it's regular table salt ½ tsp pepper
Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 120C/250F and place a rack on a large baking tray.
2. Cut each wing at the joint so you have a mini wing and a drumette.
3. Dry the wings with paper towels, then place in a large bowl and add the baking powder, salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Note - it's important to dry the wings first so they only get a light coating.
4. Place in a single layer on the rack, skin side up. It's fine for them to be touching. Discard any remaining coating once tossed together.
5. Place on the lower shelf of the oven for 30 minutes.
6. After 30 minutes, turn the oven up to 220C/425F and rotate the tray for even cooking. Cook for a further 45-50 minutes until the wings are lightly golden and crispy.
7. Take out of the oven to cool slightly before serving.
