INGREDIENTS:
2/3 c Bread crumbs; dry fine
1 lb Chicken livers; trimmed
-halved 4 tb Butter; melted
1/4 c Ketchup
2 tb Brown sugar
2 tb Dijon mustart
1 1/2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Place bread crumbs in a small dish. dip chicken
livers in melted butter, then in bread crumbs to coat. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. 2. Bake livers for 15 to 20 minutes, until they are cooked through and
ctispy on the outside. 3. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine ketchup, brown sugar, mustard,
and Worcestershire. Heat sauce to boiling, stirring to dissolve sugar. Serve the warm livers with the hot sauce for dipping. From: 365 Ways to Cook Chicken

Real-time cooking on head cam, nothing prepared beforehand. Cooking up normal everyday dinners.
Chicken livers
Onion
Dried herbs - mixed herbs, thyme
White wine
Fresh parsley
Butter
Cream
Fry sliced onion in veg oil
Add wine and reduce, repeat
Add the livers
Add white wine, reduce, repeat
Add dried herbs and melt in the butter
Add some cream
Add fresh parsley
Let cool
Process in food processor
Cool and put in fridge
Spread on toast

MY FAVORITE WAY TO EAT CHICKEN LIVERS/OLD SCHOOL FRIED SPICY ???? BUFFALO CHICKEN ???? LIVERS
OLD SCHOOL FRIED SPICY BUFFALO CHICKEN LIVERS
This a very simple recipe and yummy way to eat and enjoy fresh chicken livers
Recipe for sauce
8 ea chicken livers
4 oz butter
1/2 cup hot sauce
1 tablespoons sambal (Asian garlic hot sauce )
heat all ingredients in pot until hot(do not boil)
RECIPE FOR EGG WASH AND BREADING:
2 cups whole milk
2 whole eggs
3 cups all purpose flour
salt and pepper
cavenders greek seasoning
old school shake
Wash livers and poke holes in liver with fork(to prevent livers from popping when they are frying)
Place in egg/milk mixture and let sit 30 minutes
Season flour with salt and pepper,cavenders Greek seasoning and old school shake
Place livers in seasoned flour and fry in vegetable oil until brown on both side(about 3 minutes on each side)
Brown in hot oil until crispy
Place on wire rack and drain
Toss livers in buffalo sauce and enjoy with blue cheese/ranch dressing
