How To make Pancakes(Using Mix 23)
2 Eggs

1 1/4 c Milk
2 tb Unsalted butter, melted
1 Bag pancake & waffle mix>>>

In mixing bowl, beat eggs with a whisk until they are well mixed, then whisk in the milk and melted butter. Add the mix and stir the batter with a fork or the whisk just until the dry ingreds. are moistened:
it will be a little lumpy. Bake pancakes on hot griddle, greased or not according to manufacturer's instructions. If using elec. griddle or skillet use 400 F. setting. Use 1/4 scant cup per cake. Turn when bubbles for all over top and edges look dry. Continue baking until no more steam rises. Serve at once.

Thin pancakes made simple. Easy and works always - you can eat these as breakfast, dinner or dessert, goes great with almost everything! Try with bacon and cheese or with cheery/strawberry jam! Amazing!

You will need:
- 3 Medium/Large Eggs
- Flour 60 grams / 2 oz
- Milk 300 ml / 10 oz
- Pinch of salt
- Oil for cooking
**TIP: You can replace milk with water, will turn out delicious too.
Method:
1. Beat eggs in a large bowl and add flour - mix well until even and without lumps.
2. Add milk to the mixture and mix well.
3. Let it rest for about 10 minutes.
4. In a pan add few drops of oil and pour in pancake mixture to only cover the bottom of the pan.
5. Cook both sides until golden brown.
6. Serve.

Ingredients:
All purpose flour-1&1/2 cups ( 190 g)
Baking powder-2 teaspoon
Baking soda-1/4 teaspoon
salt-1/4 teaspoon
Egg-1 large (60 g) ( At room temperature)
Milk-1&1/4 cup ( 300 ml)
Butter- 3 tablespoon
Sugar-2 tablespoon
Vanilla essence-1/2 teaspoon
Unsalted butter( melted) -3 tablespoon
Method:
Sift the flour, baking powder , baking soda and salt.
Whisk egg, sugar, milk and vanilla.
Add the dry ingredients into the egg mix and gently mix untill combined.
Add the melted butter and mix.
Heat a pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with oil or butter.
Pour 1/4 cup of the batter and cook untill bubbles forms over top of the pan cakes.
Flip over and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Make sure the flame is over medium low.
