How To make One Dish Macaroni and Cheese with Sausage
9 oz Pkg frozen broccoli
1 lb Macaroni and cheese, cooked
- from box, deli, or frozen 1/2 lb Polish sausage, cut in 1/2
- inch pieces 1 T Margarine or butter
1/4 c Buttery crackers, crushed
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees; if needed, prepare macaroni and
cheese as directed on package.
2. Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain.
3. Combine broccoli, macaroni and cheese, and sausage in 1 1/2-quart
casserole.
4. In small pot, melt margarine over low heat and stir in crushed
crackers.
5. Sprinkle cracker mixture over top of casserole; bake at 350
degrees for 20-30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Nutrition Information Per Serving: 410 Calories, 29 g Fat, 1160 mg Sodium

Easy Mac & Cheese For One
Homemade Mac and Cheese that is so creamy and extra cheesy. Made on the stovetop, this single serving mac and cheese recipe is easy to make and can be ready in minutes.

✴️ Ingredients
2 ounces uncooked elbow macaroni (or other pasta shape)
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1/2 cup milk (use any percentage or almond milk)
1/2 cup shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
✴️ Instructions
1) Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2) In a small 1-quart saucepan, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
3) Add the flour and cook, stirring for 1 minute.
4) Whisk in the milk and cook, whisking constantly for 1 to 2 minutes until the mixture thickens and there are no lumps.
5) Stir in the cheese, the dry mustard, and the salt and continue stirring until the cheese has melted.
6) Remove from the heat and stir in the pasta.
Best if enjoyed immediately.
The macaroni and cheese will be very creamy and will thicken even more as it cools.

Seriously one of my all time favorite one pot meals, and it's literally so easy and SO yummy! This makes servings for about 4 people, although me and my husband usually finish it off by the next day between seconds and leftovers! Lol if you decide to try this make sure to tag me in a pic on instagram or facebook, I'd love to see how it turns out for you :)
Ingredients:
- 1lb Smoked Turkey Sausage
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 10oz can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of milk/ heavy cream ( totally accidentally referred to it as half and half in the video LOL)
- 1 Tablespoon minced garlic (2 cloves)
- 1/2 teaspoon of each salt & pepper
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar jack cheese
- scallions (however many you'd like)
