MIX TOGETHER IN A MD BOWL:
1 1/2 c Oatmeal;
1/2 c Whole wheat flour;
2 ts Baking powder;
1 ts Cinnamon;
BEAT IN:
1 c Low-fat milk;
1 Egg;
1 tb Oil;
1/4 c Raisins;
Lightly oil a frying pan and spoon batter on by tablespoon turning when the top bubbles. The pancakes are great for lunch sandwishes too. The oatmeal ones are especially good with peanut butter. Low calorie mozzarella sticks - Low calorie snacks
Low calorie mozzarella sticks sounds to good to be true right? but guess what, IT'S TRUE!
Ingredients:
Light string cheese
Whole wheat bread crumbs
Oat flour or ground oats
One small egg (beaten)
Bake them in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10-15 minutes until nice and golden brown.
You can use an air fryer too with same time and temperature.
Just spray some oil and you're good to go. I tried both ways and they turned out great.
Make sure to pick light string cheese with 40-45 calories per stick!
Note: You're not going to need all of the flour or breadcrumbs mentioned in the video!

250g ( 2 cups) all-purpose flour
5g (1 tsp) salt
125ml (1/2 cup) warm water
3g (1 tsp) instant dry yeast
45ml (3 tbsp) vegetable oil
100g grated mozzarella cheese (we can use cheese more).
Chili pepper, chopped.
Little oil for frying.
Indonesian
ancake Gurih Mozzarella
250g (2 cangkir) tepung serbaguna
5g (1 sdt) garam
125ml (1/2 gelas) air hangat
3g (1 sdt) ragi kering instan
45ml (3 sdm) minyak sayur
100 gr keju mozzarella parut (bisa pakai keju lagi).
Cabai rawit, cincang.
Sedikit minyak untuk menggoreng.
