Mr. Yoshida's Original Gourmet Sauce
Steak Fried Rice Recipe
3 cups Jasmine rice (uncooked)
3-4 4 oz. NY strip steaks cubed
1-2 tbsp minced garlic (or garlic paste)
3 large eggs
1/2 medium yellow onion diced
1 small bag mixed veggies (corn, peas, carrots is best)
4-5 tbsp Mr. Yoshida's Sweet and Savory Marinade (to taste)
2 tbsp Sesame oil
Sesame seeds
Vegetable oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
*Not used but recommended: Accent for flavor (to taste)
Cook rice before preparing to fry on the griddle top (we recommend overnight cooling in the refrigerator on a cookie sheet - spread the rice out.)
Turn griddle to med/low heat. Lay down about 1/2 tbs. of vegetable oil. Place minced garlic, followed immediately by rice. Mix rice and cook, adding small amounts of Mr. Yoshida's sauce and sesame oil (add extra sauce during the cook).
Once rice begins to cook, place another 1/2 tbs. of vegetable oil on griddle, and place frozen veggies (or fresh) and onion onto the oil. Mix with more Mr. Yoshida's sauce, and a small amount of sesame oil. Once the onions begin to show color, move vegetables to cooler side of griddle.
As the rice and veggies cook through (approx. 8-10 minutes), place the cubed steak on the griddle (with a small amount of oil if desired). Add a generous amount of Mr. Yoshida's sauce to the rice. Once the rice is mixed and covered with soy sauce, create a spot to crack eggs onto the griddle. Cook the eggs and then mix with the rice. Once the eggs are mixed throughout the rice, bring in the vegetables and the steak (once the steak is to desired doneness). Continue mixing on the griddle top until all foods are mixed through. Turn off the heat, and serve!

Restaurant Style Fajitas (Authentic Mexican Recipe)

Very few plates at a Mexican restaurant grab your attention like a plate of sizzling fajitas. First you hear it, then you smell it…then you wish you ordered that platón instead of the chicken enchiladas.
In this video we’re cooking up Restaurant Style Fajitas. I decided to grab some outside skirts for maximum tenderness, but beware when shopping for them. This particular cut goes fast in stores as restaurants demand such large quantities of it. Either side of skirt will have you eating good either way.
And here is the weekly Pro Tip: Don’t over cook them! Common sense, I know, but you would be surprised how easy these can get away from you. Both the scorching plancha and the sizzling platter can keep the fajitas cooking even more and dry out what would otherwise be delicious and tender meat. Shoot for a medium or even medium-rare before you plate it on skillet to serve.
I always say that BBQ is simple, and although we aren’t on a live fire today the principles still apply. A scorching hot heat source, a great cut of beef and a little technique is all it takes for a dinner that will blow away any one who is lucky enough to chow down.

Honey Hog Hot Wings (Honey Jalapeño Wings)
These Honey Hog Hot Wings AKA Honey Jalapeno Wings are juicy and packed with flavor. We are always on the hunt for new ways to make chicken wings whether we are making them at a tailgate or making them at home for family and friends.
These wings start out with a marinade that packs moisture and incredible flavor plus helps tenderize the chicken. We grill them hot and fast and toss them in a delicious sauce at the end.
If you plan properly by marinating and seasoning these wings at home the day before a game, this will be one of the most simple hot wing cooks ever at your tailgate too.
