How To make Norwegian Nut Bread
1 c Unbleached all-purpose flour
-sifted 1 ts Baking soda;
1 ts Salt;
1/2 c Almonds,fiberts & sunflower;
-Seeds (chopped) 1/4 c Non-fat dry milk powder;
1 c Whole wheat-flour; unsifted
1 c Raisins;
1 tb Grated orange zest;
1 Egg; beaten
1 c Buttermilk;
2 tb Walnut oil;
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coat empty 16-oz cans with non-stick cooking spray. IN a medium-size bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, nuts, dry milk, whole-wheat flour, raisins and orange zest. In a small bowl, combine egg, buttermilk, and walnut oil; add to flour mixture and blend well. Spoon batter into cans and bake 50 minutes or until golden. Loosen bread from cans with small spatula and cool on rack. Makes 2 small loaves, about 6 slices each. Ingredients
5 medium eggs
100 gms Flax seeds
100 gms Sesame seeds
100 gms Pumpkin seeds
100 gms Sunflower seeds
100 gms Almonds
100 gms Walnuts
100 ml Water
100 ml Oil
2 tea spoons Salt
1 tea spoon Paprika
Method
Mix all of the above ingredients together
Place in a bread pan or loaf pan baking dish
Bake for 1 hour @ 160 degrees C
Remove and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes
Remove from the baking pan
Cut into slices
You can further toast each slice if you want it crispier

An easy and simple recipe for Knækbrød / Crisp bread full of grains. This recipe is Danish (could have as well been Norwegian or Swedish or Scndinavian). It is typical recipe for knækbrød that can be served in a salty version with anything from cheeses and meats to a sweeter version with jam, nutella or peanutbutter!
Ingredients for 2 oven plates (around 24-28 pieces):
1 dl (30 gr) rolled oats
1 dl (70 gr) pumpkin seeds
1 dl (75 gr) sunflower seeds
1 dl (65 gr) flax seeds
1 dl (70 gr) sesame seeds
3,5 dl (60 gr) wheat flour
2 dl / 200 ml water
1,25 dl / 125 ml neutral tasting oil (e.g. canola)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. coarse salt
In oven at 390 deg. F / 200 deg. C for 15 - 20 min.

Recipe for the best nut & seed bread recipe:
1/3 C Sunflower Seed (45g)
1/3 C Cashew Nuts (47g)
1/3 C Pumpkin Seed (40g)
1/3 C Crushed Flaxseed (50g)
1/3 C Sesame Seed (47g)
1/3 C Psyllium Husk (26g)
1 Tsp Sea Salt
1 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Chia Seed
1/3 C Walnuts (35g)
1 C Warm Water (236 ml)
1/3 C Blanched Almonds (49g)
1.Step
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
2.Step
Add warm water and let it rest for an hour.
3.Step
Put the dough into the baking pan and press the dough to make it compact.
4.Step
Bake it at 356 F ( 180 Degrees ) for 55 minutes.
5.Step
Let it cool for an hour (it must be completely cooled before cutting it).

100 gr butter

Homemade bread, what can sound better than that? Simple and easy recipe that anyone can make. This bread does not require any kneading and the end product is mind blowing. The flavor, the taste and the best sounding crunch... If you love good bread, this recipe is definitely for you.
Ingredient:
- 3 cups (400g) flour
- 2 tsp of salt (11g)
- 1 tsp active dry yeast (4g)
- 1 1/2 cup of lukewarm water (350ml)
Instructions:
1. To a bowl with lukewarm water (95-100F or about 36C) add yeast, mix well and let the yeast bloom for about 15 mins
2. In a separate bowl with flour, add salt and mix well. That is a great idea to sift your flour to prevent from big flour lumps
3. Once your yeast has bloomed, add flour to the yeast. By using the spatula carefully mix dry and wet ingredients together.
4. Cover it with a damp towel and let it rise for at least 2 hours
5. After 2 hours, transfer the dough into a floured parchment paper
6. Shape your dough into a ball or loaf
7. Cover with a damp towel and let it rest for 30 minutes
8. While your dough is resting, place your Dutch oven (I use 7qt) with a lid on in the oven and preheat to 450F (230C) with the Dutch oven inside
9. Once oven is preheated, carefully remove your Dutch oven out of the oven.
10. Holding the dough by the parchment paper, carefully place the dough into preheated Dutch oven. Cut excess parchment paper. Please be mindful, Dutch oven will be VERY hot.
11. Cover with a lid and bake in a preheated oven for 30 mins
12. After 30 mins, take the lid off and bake for another 15 mins or until golden crust
13. Take it off, let it rest for 20 mins
14. Enjoy with a salted butter or your favorite meal
