Instant Pot Great Northern Beans- EASY NO SOAK VERSION Recipe
How to make dried great northern beans in your instant pot with no soaking required. It's so easy it hurts. Rinse your beans, pat to check for debris, add to your instant pot with enough water to fully cover but not too close to max, 45 minutes for 2 lbs. If it doesn't come out soft enough, stir and add water to cover again with 10-15 more minutes. I strained 2 cups to add to my white chicken chili recipe (that I made in my IP after this) but now I need to figure out what to make with the rest so leave me your ideas in the comments.

Easy White Beans
This is Ann's tried and tested basic recipe for cooking dried white beans. Just remember, dried beans will not soften if cooked in salted water, so do not add any salt or commercial stock products until the beans are soft. The garlic, oil and herbs will give them plenty of flavor.
