How To make My Swedish Meatloaf Or Meatballs
1/2 c Oatmeal
1/2 c Milk
2 Eggs
1 1/2 lb Ground beef
1/3 c Onion, minced finely
2 tb Margarine
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Nutmeg, grated
1/2 ts Sage
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Mustard powder
Mix oats and milk; add eggs and beat. Pour over meat and mix well. Saute onion in marg til tender. Add to meat. Mix dry ingredients together and mix into meat mix. As a loaf, bake at 350F 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours. As meat balls, form into balls, brown and remove to a
plate. Make sauce with leftover pan drippings and mushroom soup. Serve with mashed potatoes.

40 g/3 T. butter
40 g/ 5 T. flour
150 ml/ 1/2 C. vegetable stock

SWEDISH MEATBALLS
½ kg ground beef (lean)
½ kg ground pork
2 whole eggs
2 tablespoons LA FILIPINA all-purpose flour
½ cup Panko bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
Pinch of thyme
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Black pepper
Sauce:
2 shallots, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
2-3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup cream
2 cups chicken or beef stock
Instant Pot Swedish Meatloaf
Swedish Meatballs, one of everybody's favorite meals, twisted into delicious Swedish meatloaf. Swedish meatballs have such unique and rich sauce how can you pass it by when it's on the menu. I love meatballs but they takes a lot of effort and time to make all of those meatballs and decided to make the mouthwatering recipe into an easy meatloaf that I knew my family would go nuts over.
