32 oz Stewed tomatoes 1 lb Bacon 1/4 c Onions; chopped 8 oz Velveeta cheese 2 c Cooked macaroni Fry bacon; drain grease. Add stewed tomatoes and cheese pieces; melt cheese, stirring often. Mix all ingredients together in rectangle pan with cheese slices on top. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve hot with dinner rolls and salad. Got a take and bake pizza to try out on my new pizza stone! Nothing like a grilled pizza over some hot charcoal. Pizza turned out amazing! Great taste like a fire roasted brick oven! Murph’s Kitchen - Broccoli Rice Casserole
Broccoli Rice Casserole - Sauté 2 tablespoons of butter on medium heat add 1/2 cup diced onion 1/2 cup diced celery 2 cups chopped broccoli 1 tsp celery salt Cook approximately 10-15 minutes, remove from heat l, let cool. Mix in a bowl - 1 can cream of celery soup and 1/2 cup milk. Pour over 3 cups cooked rice and add cooked veggies and stir. Add 1/2 cup cheese and reserve 1/2 cup for top. I used 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese. Bake uncovered at 350* for 25 mins. Hope you enjoy, Murph

Cut up 2 summer squash into chunks - approximately 3 cups. Place in greased pan - 8x8 pan or larger. Mix together - 3/4 cup sour cream 1 egg yolk 1 tsp garlic & pepper 1/4 cup cubed cheese (sharp cheese works great) combine with squash..Then dollop with butter and parmesan cheese.
