How To make Mudslide Brownies
2 c All-purpose flour
1/2 t Baking powder
1/2 t Salt
2/3 c Unsalted butter
4 oz Unsweetned choc, chopped
3 Eggs
1 1/2 c Sugar
4 T Coffee liqueur
2 T Irish Creme liqueur
1 T Vodka
3/4 c Coarsely ch. walnuts (opt.)
Kahlua Glaze: 1 1/4 c Powdered sugar
3 T Coffee liqueur
Sift flour with baking powder and salt. In small saucepan, combine butter and chocolate. Set over low heat, just until chocolate is melted. Set aside. In bowl, beat in dry ingredients, chocolate mixture, coffee liqueur, Irish creme liqueur and vodka. Fold in nuts. Pour into 13x9-inch pan and bake at 350F about 25 minutes. Cool in pan. Spread with Kahlua Glaze. Decorate with whole coffee beans, if desired. Cut into squares and serve.

Learn how to make #delish oreogasm skillet brownie!
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large cast-iron or oven-proof skillet, pour half brownie batter and spread to cover bottom of pan. Add a layer of Oreos and top with remaining brownie batter.
2. Dollop spoonfuls of vanilla frosting and, using a toothpick, drag the tip through the frosting and batter to create swirl.
3. Top with half the crushed Oreos and bake until cooked through and a toothpick comes out with only a few moist crumbs, 22 to 24 minutes.
4. Let cool 10 minutes, then top with vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, and remaining crushed Oreos. Serve immediately (preferably with spoons).
INGREDIENTS
1 batch brownie batter
20 oreos
1/2 c. vanilla frosting
1/2 c. crushed oreos
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
Warm hot fudge, for drizzling

Halloween may be a distant memory but that doesn’t mean we should forget about the pumpkins of the world. There are still lots of things you can do with pumpkins, such as this deliciously rich, gently spiced Pumpkin Cheesecake Brownie. Get cooking!
//RECIPE//
For the pumpkin cheesecake swirly bits -
115g pureed pumpkin (canned is perfect!)
115g cream cheese at room temperature
2 tbsp caster sugar
1 large egg
½ tsp each of ground ginger, cinnamon & nutmeg
For the brownie bit -
230g dark chocolate (I use 70% chocolate)
120g unsalted butter, chopped
150g caster sugar
60g light soft brown sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
100g plain flour
100 milk chocolate chips
A good pinch of salt
You will need an 8” x 8” square tin, greased and lined!
