Vegan Baked Beans
Ingredients:
1.5 pounds dried navy beans, presoaked overnight
1 cup of brown sugar
1 tbsp. pink salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
3 green onions, sliced on the bias
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup spicy brown mustard
1 cup maple syrup
1 large red onion
Water to cover the bean mixture completely
Method:
Add all ingredients into a crockpot, stir to combine and cover completely with water. Set the crockpot on high for 6 to 8 hours. Add more water if necessary during the cooking process.

1 red onion chopped finely
1 can of chipped tomatoes
1 can of water
1 can of white beans
1 tea spoon of thyme
1 table spoon of olive oil
2 cloves grated of garlic
Zest n juice from half a lemon
Vegan Parmesan or cashew nut butter
2-4 slices of toasted bread
