[Recipe 2] Asian Mom's Version of Baked Beans for breakfast
What's for breakfast, lunch or even dinner? This dish is a personal family favourite while my siblings and I were growing up. Our mom would make this for breakfast but it stayed good enough to be eaten for the other meals. We break pieces of bread to eat with this and is awesomely good to warm our hungry bellies on a cold rainy day.
