8 c Corn flakes
1 c Peanut butter
1 c White karo
1 c Sugar
Spread corn flakes over large toast pan. Mix karo and sugar in saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from stove. Add peanut butter and stir till it melts. Pure EVIL Pretzel Peanut Caramel Squares - Glen And Friends Cooking
Ingredients
250 mL (1 cup) pretzel crumbs
125 mL (½ cup) granulated sugar
125 mL (½ cup) butter, melted
125 mL (½ cup) roasted salted peanuts
Caramel:
250 mL (1 cup) packed brown sugar
250 mL (1 cup) butter
175 mL (¾ cup) corn syrup
60 mL (¼ cup) granulated sugar
60 mL (¼ cup) whipping cream, (35%)
10 mL (2 tsp) vanilla
250 mL (1 cup) roasted salted peanuts
Method:
Preheat oven to: 180ºC (350ºF)
In bowl, combine pretzel crumbs with sugar; mix in butter until combined.
Press into parchment paper--lined 8x8 (2 L) cake pan.
Bake in oven until just beginning to brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
Sprinkle with peanuts.
Let cool on rack.
Caramel: Meanwhile, in saucepan, bring brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, sugar and cream to boil over high heat; boil, stirring constantly, until candy thermometer registers 245°F (118°C), about 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour caramel over crust.
Sprinkle with peanuts.
Let cool for 20 minutes.
Refrigerate about 2 hours.
Cut into squares.

Low Carb Sugar Free Almond Brittle
Here is a delicious sweet treat you can make for Santa! It only takes 12 minutes to prepare. This will be a family favorite.
Ingredients
1 cup almonds (whole or sliced) =
¼ cup butter
½ cup Swerve sweetener =
2 tsp. vanilla =
¼ tsp salt
Instructions
Line a 9 x 9 cake pan or 9 pie pan with baking parchment.
Pour your swerve or erythritol, butter, vanilla and 1/4 tsp. salt into a non-stick skillet
Heat over medium heat until all the ingredients are dissolved.
Add the almonds into your mixture.
If using sliced almonds it may feel like 1 cup is a lot but once you add them too your candy mixture they are crunchy and delicious.
Stir your mixture, and bring it to a boil
Boil for 2-3 minutes, it should become a light golden brown.
Remove from the heat.
Carefully pour your almond mixture into your prepared pan.
Spread the almonds our evenly with a spoon.
Allow to set for 1 hour, and then cool it in the refrigerator.
Break into pieces and divide into 8-10 servings.

Power up your snack time with this crunchy nut and seed brittle. Nuts are known to be low-carb so it's a great option for keto snacks. Same with the pumpkin and sesame seeds. All have different health benefits too which makes them ideal for a keto diet.
Ingredients:
4 Tbsp butter
3 oz erythritol
3 Tbsp almonds, chopped
3 Tbsp macadamia nuts, chopped
1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Procedure:
1. Prepare all the ingredients.
2. Heat a pan and melt the butter. Then, add erythritol.
3. Mix the two ingredients until well combined.
4. Add all the nuts and seeds.
5. Mix again.
6. Increase heat to melt the liquid and distribute it evenly to the nuts and seeds.
7. Place in a container and let it cool. Refrigerate.
8. Take out from the refrigerator and break into smaller pieces. Serve.
