Prepare Coffee Base:
-Instant coffee ¼ cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ cup
-Garam pani (Hot water) 3 tbs
Prepare Cappuccino Coffee:
-Doodh (Milk) fresh 2 Cups
-Prepared coffee base 2-3 tbs
Prepare Mocha Coffee:
-Doodh (Milk) fresh 2 Cups
-Cooking chocolate crushed 2 tbs
-Cocoa powder ½ tbs
-Prepared coffee base 1-2 tbs
Prepare Chai Espresso Coffee:
-Doodh (Milk) fresh 2 Cups
-Tea bag 1-2
-Prepared coffee base 1-2 tbs
Prepare Cookie & Cream Coffee:
-Cream biscuits 2
-Doodh (Milk) fresh 2 Cups
-Prepared coffee base 1-2 tbs
Directions:
Prepare Coffee Base:
-In a bowl add caster sugar, instant coffee and hot water. Beat until it changes color to light brown & become frothy. Coffee base is ready!
-Use instant or you can be stored in an air tight jar for up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
Prepare Cappuccino Coffee:
-In saucepan add milk and bring it to boil.
-Add 2-3 tbs of prepared coffee base and whisk well until frothy.
-Sprinkle instant coffee & serve hot!
Prepare Mocha Coffee:
-In kettle add milk and bring it to boil. Add cooking chocolate, cocoa powder and whisk well.
-Add 1-2 tbs of prepared coffee base and whisk well until frothy.
-Sprinkle instant coffee & serve hot!
Prepare Chai Espresso Coffee:
-In kettle add milk and bring it to boil. Add tea bag and bring it to boil. Remove the tea bag.
-Add 1-2 tbs of prepared coffee base and whisk well until frothy.
-Sprinkle crushed chocolate & serve hot!
Prepare Cream & Cookie Coffee:
-Remove cream of cream biscuits. In a mill add biscuits, crush well & set aside.
-In saucepan add milk and bring it to boil. Add crushed cookies. Whisk well and bring it to boil.
-Add 1-2 tbs of prepared coffee base and whisk well until frothy.
-Sprinkle crushed cookie & serve hot!

-Bowl mein bareek cheeni, instant coffee aur garam pani daal dein aur color change honay or jhag bannay tak ache tarha beat ker lein. Coffee base tayyar hai!
-Instant use karein ya air tight jar mein daal ker 2 weeks tak refrigerator mein store ker saktay hain.

-Saucepan mein doodh daal ker ubal lein.

-Kettle mein doodh daal ker ubal lein. Tea bag daal ker ubal lein to tea bag ko nikal lein.
-1-2 tbs tayyar coffee base daal ker frothy honay tak ache tarha whisk ker lein.
-Crushed chocolate sprinkle ker k garam serve karein!
Prepare Cookie & Cream Coffee:
-Cream biscuits ki cream ko nikal lein aur spice mix mein daal ker ache tarha crush ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Saucepan mein doodh daal ker ubal lein. Crushed cookies daal ker ache tarha whisk ker lein aur ubal anay dein.
-1-2 tbs tayyar coffee base daal ker frothy honay tak ache tarha whisk ker lein.

How to make a Mocha
Extra Pointers
- The video uses a 20oz pitcher, 10oz cup, whole milk and a double shot espresso
- Some chocolates melt easier than others. I recommend a liquid cocoa when making a mocha as it mixes easily.
- Cocoa powder is optional but an interesting thing that you can do is only use cocoa powder instead of chocolate to create a vegan mocha (with an alternative milk ofcourse!).
- The sweetness of a mocha is really personal preference but you want both the espresso and chocolate to work in harmony. Not have one flavor overshadow the other.
- Properly foamed milk is half the battle of good latte art. It's important to not only add the right amount of microfoam but also incorporate that foam throughout the pitcher with a whirlpool motion.

3 tbsp (45ml) hot water
1 tbsp (5gm) coffee powder
1 tbsp (7gm) cocoa powder
2 tsp (10gm) sugar
1 cup (250ml) milk

2 tbsp (10gm) coffee powder
2 tbsp (25gm) sugar
