-dry 1/3 c Sugar
1/4 c Dry instant coffee
2 Tblsp cocoa

How to make easy and convenient iced mocha:
Ingredients for inJoy Iced Mocha 3-in-1 coffee
1 Tbsp inJoy Vendo 3-in-1 coffee
2 1/2 Tbsp Warm Water
100g Ice
90 mL Fresh milk
1 Tbsp inJoy Chocolate Syrup
1 - 2 Tbsp Prepared Kreem Puff
Procedure for inJoy Iced Mocha:
Dissolve inJoy 3 in 1 Coffee powder in warm water. Mix in chocolate syrup and fresh milk. You can add a special layer of inJoy Kreem Puff on top to make it special!

Combing two of the world’s most popular flavors, chocolate and coffee, into one heavenly cup. Watch one of our Coffee Specialists take you through step-by-step on how to make a mocha coffee with the Bambino® Plus and the Smart Grinder™ Pro.
Directions:
1. Purge your group head and preheat your portafilter. Remove and dry before grinding.
2. Grind freshly roasted beans and give the portafilter a few taps to settle the grounds. Distribute evenly before tamping on a level surface.
3. Use the razor tool after tamping to ensure you have the correct dose.
4. Place the portafilter firmly into the group head and set two cups underneath.
5. Press the two-cup button and within 8-10 seconds, your coffee will begin to pour. It should look like warm honey.
6. For the milk, you can either click the auto-milk texturing option and it will produce delicious microfoam milk completely hands-free, or you can make it manually by pouring the milk into the jug up to the bottom of the spout. Clean out the steam wand before placing the steam wand about half an inch into the milk jug and open the steam valve so that it draws air near the milk surface. Lower the jug after a few seconds to introduce air to the milk surface and if it screeches, lower the jug further. Remember to swirl the jug so that the microfoam is mixed evenly.
7. Add two teaspoons of good quality drinking chocolate into the espresso shot and stir. Pour the velvety milk into the mixture and watch the blend come together.

-Instant coffee ¼ cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ cup
-Garam pani (Hot water) 3 tbs
Prepare Cappuccino Coffee:
-Doodh (Milk) fresh 2 Cups
-Prepared coffee base 2-3 tbs
Prepare Mocha Coffee:
-Doodh (Milk) fresh 2 Cups
-Cooking chocolate crushed 2 tbs
-Cocoa powder ½ tbs
-Prepared coffee base 1-2 tbs
Prepare Chai Espresso Coffee:
-Doodh (Milk) fresh 2 Cups
-Tea bag 1-2
-Prepared coffee base 1-2 tbs
Prepare Cookie & Cream Coffee:
-Cream biscuits 2
-Doodh (Milk) fresh 2 Cups
-Prepared coffee base 1-2 tbs
Directions:
Prepare Coffee Base:
-In a bowl add caster sugar, instant coffee and hot water. Beat until it changes color to light brown & become frothy. Coffee base is ready!
-Use instant or you can be stored in an air tight jar for up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
Prepare Cappuccino Coffee:
-In saucepan add milk and bring it to boil.
-Add 2-3 tbs of prepared coffee base and whisk well until frothy.
-Sprinkle instant coffee & serve hot!
Prepare Mocha Coffee:
-In kettle add milk and bring it to boil. Add cooking chocolate, cocoa powder and whisk well.
-Add 1-2 tbs of prepared coffee base and whisk well until frothy.
-Sprinkle instant coffee & serve hot!
Prepare Chai Espresso Coffee:
-In kettle add milk and bring it to boil. Add tea bag and bring it to boil. Remove the tea bag.
-Add 1-2 tbs of prepared coffee base and whisk well until frothy.
-Sprinkle crushed chocolate & serve hot!
Prepare Cream & Cookie Coffee:
-Remove cream of cream biscuits. In a mill add biscuits, crush well & set aside.
-In saucepan add milk and bring it to boil. Add crushed cookies. Whisk well and bring it to boil.
-Add 1-2 tbs of prepared coffee base and whisk well until frothy.
-Sprinkle crushed cookie & serve hot!
