SELECT ONE SEASONING:
1/2 ts Dried Thyme, crushed
1/2 ts Dried Oregano, crushed
1/2 ts Dried Basil, crushed
1/2 ts Dried Marjoram, crushed
1/2 ts Dried Savory, crushed
SELECT ONE DAIRY PRODUCT:
8 oz Dairy sour cream
- (or imitation sour cream) 8 oz Plain yogurt
8 oz Sour cream dip w/chives
8 oz Cream cheese, softened

Weight Loss Meal Prep for a Family
In this video I'll show you how to meal prep for weight loss using meals that you can feed your whole family with. I grocery shop on Saturdays and prepare meals for the week for my entire family on Sundays. I did this throughout my weight loss journey and lost 125 POUNDS! I hope to inspire you in your journey.

RECIPES:
CHICKEN CHILI:
Ingredients:
~1 1/2 pounds of chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
~1 15 oz. can of black beans, drained
~1 15.5 oz. can of garbanzo beans, drained
~1 24 oz. jar of salsa
~Pam Spray
~4 bags of boil in a bag brown rice
~Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
~Spray a crockpot with Pam spray all around
~Add bite sized pieces of chicken breast to crockpot
~Add salt and pepper to taste
~Add in both cans of beans
~Add in jar of salsa
~Cook on low for 8 hours
~While chili is cooking, boil brown rice as per box directions
~Serve in meal prep containers using a cup of the chili over a 1/2 cup of brown rice
BEEF CHILI:
Ingredients:
~1 1/2-2 pounds of lean ground beef (I prefer 93% fat free)
~1 15 oz. can of red kidney beans, drained
~1 28 oz. can of crushed tomatoes
~1 2 oz. package of Tempo chili seasoning mix
~1 10 oz. package frozen, chopped onions
~1 14 oz. package frozen, mixed peppers
~Extra virgin olive oil
~Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
~Heat a large pot, and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil; heat oil
~Add frozen onions and sauté until translucent
~Add ground beef and brown, adding salt and pepper to taste
~Add frozen onions and cook 5 minutes, until soft
~Add red kidney beans and cook 2 minutes
~Add crushed tomatoes
~Pour chili seasoning mix over tomatoes
~Stir, cover, and cook on medium/low for 10 minutes
~Portion out 1 cup servings into meal prep containers
~I usually serve this with tortilla chips on the side
BAKED ZITI
Ingredients:
~1 lb. of baked ziti or rigatoni pasta
~1 24 oz. jar of tomato sauce such as marinara
~1 15 oz. container of part-skim ricotta cheese
~1 8 oz. package shredded mozzarella cheese
~1 egg
~Salt, pepper, and Italian seasonings to taste
Directions:
~Boil pasta for 10 minutes
~While pasta is boiling mix the ricotta cheese, 3/4 of the mozzarella cheese, egg, half the jar of sauce, and salt/pepper/seasonings in a large bowl
~Drain pasta and add to bowl of mixture and mix well
~Spread a layer of sauce across the bottom of a lasagna pan
~Dump in the pasta mixture and spread out
~Layer the remaining sauce over the pasta
~Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella across the pasta
~Sprinkle parmesan cheese across the pasta
~Bake at 350 degree for 45 minutes
~Portion out 1 cup servings into meal prep containers or leave in pan for later in the week
