How to Make Navajo Fry Bread | Easy Indian Fry Bread Dough Recipe
Find the FULL recipe here on my website:
In this episode of In The Kitchen With Matt, I will show you how to make Navajo Fry Bread. This easy fry bread dough recipe is what is used for Navajo Tacos. Frybread has been around for many many years, and several different cultures have their own version of it. This is a traditional fry bread used by the Native Americans. This particular iteration was created in 1860s by the Navajo Nation. They were given flour, salt, baking powder, and lard by the US Government to sustain them on their Long Walk from Arizona to New Mexico. I live in Arizona, about 4 miles from a Reservation. They have fry bread stands located throughout that particular reservation where they sell Navajo Tacos. In Utah and Southern Idaho they call these scones. So yummy! They are super easy to make, if I can do it, you can do it. Let's get started!

Mexican Coffee Buns (Rotiboy) Recipe | Asian Recipes
O.M.G. these buns are SO delicious you've got to try them! These fluffy, buttery buns are topped with a coffee scented cookie crust, and they became wildly popular in Southeast Asia. Rotiboy, which started in Malaysia, is perhaps the most well known brand that specializes in these buns, but since then there have been a few others. But once you know how to make the basic fluffy milk bread dough (recipe linked below), the rest is quite easy!

Pan de Muerto ???????? Día de Muertos Bread Recipe
Pan de muerto is a sweetened bread often scented with orange or anise that is made in Mexico to observe Día de Muertos, a day to remember the departed. Ofrendas, or home alters, are adorned with offerings of food including pan de muerto, drinks, and candles to welcome the spirits of loved ones. The bread itself is full of symbolism including a cross of bones and topknot that some say represents a tear, a skull or a heart. ???????? Let's bake some pan de muerto!
