Frosting:

philadelphia cream cheese
1/2
cup
margarine
2 1/4
cup
icing sugar
1
teaspoon
vanilla

Directions:
Combine cake ingredients and bake at 350 degrees in a greased & floured pan for 35 mins.
Cool cake. Prepare frosting. Frost cake once cooled.
