Ingredients 1 pound hamburger 1 each onion, chopped 8 oz velveeta 8 oz monterey jack with jalapenos 15 oz can stewed tomatoes 10 1/2 oz can mushroom soup
Directions: Brown hamburger and onion in skillet. Place in crockpot, on high heat, add cubed cheeses and stir occasionally until melted. Add tomatoes and soup. Heat through. Reduce heat to low to keep dip warm.

Hey guys! Today I am sharing Crocktober Episode #5 which is an Easy Crockpot Taco Dip recipe. All month long I will be sharing crockpot recipes and have them all linked in the playlist down below.
Crocktober 2020 -
Crockpot Taco Dip 1 lb ground beef 1/2 cup beef broth 2 tbsp cornstarch 3 tbsp taco seasoning 2 cans rotel, one drained 2 cups shredded cheese small pkg of velveeta
Brown your ground beef and season with a little garlic powder and onion powder. Drain grease if necessary. To your crockpot, add the cooked ground beef and remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 5 hours.

Ingredients: 8 oz. White American Cheese (Cubed) 8 oz. Pepper Jack Cheese (Cubed) 8 oz. Cream Cheese (Cubed) 4 oz. Can Diced Green Chiles 1 Large Jalapeno (Diced) 1/2 Cup Milk (For Thinner Consistency Add 1 Cup Instead) 1/4 Cup Green Onions 1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
Directions: Add all ingredients into crockpot and cook on low for 1.5 - 2 hours. Enjoy!
