Turkey Meatballs and Spaghetti - Everyday Food with Sarah Carey
When it comes to eating light, I refuse to compromise any flavor. These turkey meatballs are much lower in fat than those made with beef or pork -- and are super savory and delicious thanks to the addition of mushrooms. Try this hearty dinner on top of whole-wheat pasta or spaghetti squash for an even healthier meal.

Turkish Raw Meatball Original Recipe Traditional Preparation Method
on this video we will learn in detail the recipe of Turkish raw meatball with traditional original meat
a wide variety of ingredients, a snack that does not cook but takes a long time to spend a lot of effort
Prepare in 2 stages, materials on the right side will be used in the first stage in the second stage on the left
600 grams of lean beef but when it is prepared it will be reduced by 100 grams and will be 500 grams
1 lemon, 5 garlic and garlic crusher, 3 medium onions
100 grams of bitter isotope pepper
cumin, 4 spoon tomatoes
1 spoonful of peppercorn , salt
black pepper and pepper mill
1 small spoon red powdered pepper
some tools to be used during preparation
wood hacksaw cutting board
big knife , steel meat beater
special knurled surface meatball kneading tray
half a glass of ice , 2 tomatoes and grater
3 green peppers and 3 red peppers
500 grams of fine bulgur
lemon juice , 1 glass of olive oil
parsley , fresh green onion , fresh green mint
lettuce lemon and pomegranate juice for use when serving
there is no machine to prepare the meat of the raw meat in this video in the traditional way
Put a paper towel underneath the meat 1 day ago and place a tray, close the meat top
The blood of the meat will be drained waiting this way for 1 night
mash the meat on a wooden cutting board with a steel meat beater
very long ago the mincing machine was not invented
This is the first time mince was prepared
there is a mincing machine now
you can ask why you are so busy
it is necessary to separate the hard tissues in the meat
the meat is crushed in this way and the hard tissues are separated
it does not need a machine after it has completely crashed beautifully
help your videos reach more people by showing appreciation
you can make more people see you by appreciating, thanks to everyone for support
meat and bulgur must be in the same position
600 grams of meat have been cleaned and 450 grams have been left, which means 450 grams of wheat will be added
it would be nice to have a little armor with a large armor knife
the meat is chopped and already crushed to putty
meat should be prepared in this way for at least 2 hours
3 pieces of onion
scrape the peeled onions from the thin section
Prepare crushed garlic with 5 garlic
thin and long strips of lemon peel
to wait for 2 hours with ingredients to be added in the first stage
add the crushed meat to the pan
Add 100 grams of bitter isotope pepper
Add 1 spoonful of red pepper
Add 1 spoon of cumin
Add 1 tablespoon of salt
Add 3 onion juice
add crushed garlic
add black pepper 1 spoon
Add 1 spoonful of pepper paste
Add 4 spoons of tomato paste
knead thoroughly and mix ingredients
mix this way for about 5 minutes
spread it to the base of the tray
add lemon peel
close the bag with the bag so that it does not get over the top of the tray
keep this way for at least 2 hours
Remove the cores of red and green peppers
shred tomatoes
chop red and green peppers with blender
do not use the machine to chop fresh green onions with the finest knife , chop fresh mints , chop parsley , now in the second stage
get the lemon peel , Add 450 grams of fine bulgur
start mixing
do not mix too fast, you have to mix for 1 hour without getting tired
do this if you have someone to help you
do not add water into it, just add ice and it will get faster consistency as it melts slowly
I need to slowly add the tomato chilli water to the mix
do the kneading by pressing it with your palm
add ice and add tomato and pepper mixture
tasted before the kneading process is finished and if the bitterness is low add
you can add a bitter sauce if you want it to be very painful
now the bulgurs are not too hard and that's okay
After kneading for 45 minutes add 1 glass of olive oil
add finely chopped green vegetables
knead in this way for 10 more minutes
Finally add 1 lemon juice
Serves in 2 different ways
place lettuce leaves on a wide table
add raw meatballs into pan bread
add pomegranate sour
add lettuce leaves and add lemon juice
squeeze and shape raw meatball with your hand
wrap and serve thin bread rolls
add pomegranate syrup over and serve
