How To make Marshmallow Bumpies
3 oz Softened cream cheese
2 tb Milk
2 c Confectioner's sugar
1/4 ts Vanilla
2 oz Baking chocolate
1/8 ts Salt
3 c Miniature marshmallows
Flaked coconut 1. Blend together cream cheese and milk. Add sugar and vanilla, mixing
well. Set aside. 2. Melt chocolate over hot water, stirring until smooth.
3. Combine cream sheese mixture, melted chocolate, and salt, mixing
together well. Fold in marshmallows. 4. Drop by teaspoonfuls into coconut, completely coating each candy.
Place on a greased cookie sheet. Chill in refrigerator until firm. ~--

I N G R E D I E N T S
2 Bags of Kettle Corn Popcorn
2 Cups of Mini Marshmallows
Caramel Sauce
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Light Corn Syrup
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Tools:
Whisk
Half sheet pan
Cake Spatula
slotted spoon
This recipe yields (makes) at least 10 medium-sized popcorn balls 6 if you make them large.

Ritz Cracker Candy - No Bake
These no-bake treats are very good and you will leave anyone that tastes them guessing on how they are made!
More no bake recipes:
1 -200g (7oz) Plain ritz crackers finely crushed (in my opinion, these are best when very finely crushed)
2 Tablespoons butter
4 cups marshmallows (large or small)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Melt the marshmallows and butter in the microwave on high until marshmallows are puffed and melted (about 30 second to a minute depending on your microwave). Stir together until smooth and then stir in vanilla. Stir in cracker crumbs until well combined.
Place mixture in an 8x8 baking dish that has been lightly greased.
Press down with greased spoon or spatula until even.
Refrigerate until set.
Cut in to squares! Can be kept at room temperature.

Have you tried making hot chocolate bombs? Since I made it I got some tips and tricks. It will be great tips for you to make the perfect hot chocolate bombs.

DIY Easy Cake Pops

Mold size:2.5 inches
For chocolate tempering, I referenced this site:
Ingredients
8oz Dark chocolate(for 6 2.5inch bombs)
Marshmallows
Hot chocolate powder
White chocolate and sprinkles for decorating
Direction
Chop the chocolate as finely as you can
Add the 2/3of chocolate into a stainless bowl
Place it in a double boiler set over a simmering pan
Stir frequently to melt
Do not let the temperature of the chocolate exceed 120F
When the chocolate has fully melted remove the bowl from the heat
Stir and melt the remaining chocolate a little at a time
Cool it down to 82F
Place it back to simmering pan reheat to 88F to 91F
If the chocolate is ready make the shells
Use a spoon or brush cover the interior of the mold with chocolate
Check to make sure everything is covered
Put the mold on parchment paper then harden it for 10 mins in the fridge
After hardened separate the shapes from the mold
Melt the shell on the preheated frying pan to make the bumpy surface flat
Put in the marshmallows and hot choco powder
Cover the lid and shapes it into a ball
Decorate it with melted chocolate and sprinkles
