How To make Marinated Ginger Chicken
1 ea 2 1/2-3 lb Frying Chicken 1 ts Grated Ginger Root OR
1/2 c Lemon juice 1 tb Ground ginger
1/2 c Vegtable oil 1 ts Onion Salt
1/4 c Imported Soy Sauce 1/4 ts Garlic Powder
NOTE: When making this recipe, it tastes much better if you find sources ~
Cut chicken in to serving parts if not already in that form. Place chicken in shallow baking dish. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Cover, refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Grill or broil as desired, basting frequently with marinade. Refrigerate leftovers :

Soy Ginger Marinated Chicken Breasts - NoRecipeRequired.com
A simple marinade is a great way to add a ton of favor to any otherwise pretty boring chicken breast. In this recipe, I show you how to make a very simple soy and ginger marinade, which only takes about 5 minutes to put together. Then I throw it, along with three Chicken Breasts into a zip lock bag, and let them sit in the fridge for a few hours soaking up all those yummy flavors.
When you're really to cook, it only takes about 25 minutes to cook the chicken. I start the breasts on the stove top, but then quickly move them into a 380 degree oven to finish cooking. The chicken breasts get nicely seared on the outside, while staying moist & tender. And of course they are packed with flavor.

Garlic Ginger Chicken Thighs | Asian Pan Fried Chicken Thighs
I love these garlic ginger chicken thighs. This is one of my weekly go to recipes. Chicken breast works great, but I love the thigh meat because it has more flavor and soaks up all that delicious marinade! These Asian inspired pan fried chicken thighs are simply delicious!
INGREDIENTS
4 large chicken thighs - boneless, skinless. I cut my thighs in half and butterflied for even cooking. I ended up with 8 pieces.
Marinade
1/4 cup soy sauce ( I used low sodium shoyu soy sauce)
2 garlic cloves - finely minced
1 inch of ginger - finely minced (if you don't like ginger leave it out)
1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Cooking oil ( cooking oil is optional and works best for grilling)
some fresh ground black pepper.
Marinate chicken for at least 1 to 2 hours - or over night. But not beyond 24 hours.
Cook chicken in hot pan with some oil - about 6 minutes each side
In the same pan you can add some veggies like: green beans, asparagus, broccolini, rappini or Bok choy or spinach. Season with soy sauce garlic, and pepper.
