1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken
-breast ha 3 tb soy sauce
1 tb honey
1 tb olive oil
1 ts lime juice
1 ts garlic powder

Ingredients for Grilled Chicken
(Tsp- Teaspoon; Tbsp- Tablespoon )
- Chicken breast fillets - 4 (around 450 gms or 1 lb)
Marinade:
- Olive Oil - 4 tbsp
- Lemon Juice- 3 tsp
- Salt- 3/4 tsp
- Crushed pepper- 1 tsp
- Brown Sugar- 1.5 tbsp
- Dark Soy sauce- 2 tsp
- Crushed garlic-5 cloves (around 1 tsp)
- Finely chopped coriander/cilantro leaves -2 tsp
- Red Chilli Flakes- 1 tsp
Preparation:
- Take 4 chicken breast and fillet them into 1/2 inch thickness.
- Peel and crush the garlic cloves and fine chop the coriander/cilantro leaves.
- Add all the items for the marinade in a bowl and mix/whisk it to combine well.
- Add the marinade and spread it on the fillets uniformly. Cover & set aside for 30 mins.
Process:
- Preheat a grill pan and brush it with 1 tbsp olive oil to grease it.
- Now place the marinated chicken fillets side by side and grill it on Medium high heat. Add the balance marinade on the fillets and continue to grill it for 3-4 mins on Medium high heat.
- Flip the fillets and continue on the other side for 3-4 mins.
- Baste the pieces with the oil on the grill pan.
- Now lower heat to medium low and continue to grill on both sides for 3-4 mins on each side.
- Remove and serve hot with salad or sautéed vegetables on the side.

INGREDIENTS
Boneless skinless chicken breasts
Olive oil
Lemon juice (substitute lime juice)
Cilantro
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
Crushed red pepper flakes
STEPS
It all starts with slicing a piece of chicken in half and pounding it flat. Then mix together the marinade with lemon, spices and cilantro (see all ingredients above). Add chicken to bowl and let it absorb the flavors for 15 minutes.
Grill chicken breast on medium-high heat on oiled grill pan grates for about 5 minutes. Flip the chicken breasts and grill the other side for 5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Rest and enjoy.

CHICKEN CURRY | chicken curry marinated in curd
This is a simple chicken curry recipe. Takes approximately 30 mins to cook. Do give it a try & let me know in comment section or tag @fusionfoodtale.

Marinate:
Chicken - 500 gms
Curd - 3/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder- 2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 3/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Garam masala - 3/4 tsp
Ingredients:
Onion (sliced) - 2
Tomato - 1 & 1/2
Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Marinate the chicken for atleast 1/2 hour in all the ingredients mentioned under marinate.
In a kadai add some oil, add the sliced onions.
Sauté till it becomes slightly brown. Add the tomato’s, salt to taste and the marinated chicken.
Stir fry on high flame till chicken changes color. For about 5 - 7 minutes.
Cover & cook for about 20 minutes on low to medium flame. Stir occasionally so the chicken doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan. Add water if required.
Serve hot with some rice or rotis.

Ingredients for Grilled Chicken:
Chicken boneless - 350 gms.
Marinade:
- Curd/yoghurt- 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
- Red Chilli powder- 1 tsp
- Coriander powder- 1 tsp
- Cumin powder- 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder- 3/4 tsp
- Salt- 1/2 tsp or to taste
- Ginger chopped- 1/2 inch piece
- Garlic cloves- 2
- Tomato purée- 2 tsp
- Olive oil- 2 tbsp
Preparation:
Blend the items for the marinade in a blender and pour it on the chicken. Rub to coat the both sides of the chicken with the marinade. Set aside for an hour to marinate.
Process.
- Take a grill pan and pre-heat it.
- Brush the pan with some olive oil.
- Once hot, place the marinated chicken one beside the other. Keep on high for around 3 mins to develop grill marks.
- Turn them on the other side & continue the same on the other side.
- Keep basting it with the oil left on the sides of the grill pan.
- Lower heat to medium & turn the pieces again to cook for another 4-5 mins on each side.
- Check with a fork if the chicken is cooked. Remove onto a plate.
