How To make Marinated Chicken Wings
1 c Dry sherry
1/2 c Soy sauce
1/4 t Garlic powder
1 t Ground ginger
48 Chicken wings
1. In a large bowl combine sherry, soy sauce, garlic powder and ginger; set
aside. 2. Disjoint chicken wings into 3 parts each. Discard the tip end or save to
use for soup stock at a later time. 3. Marinate chicken pieces in sherry mixture in the refrigerator at least
three hours, but not longer than 24 hours. 4. Arrange 20 pieces at a time in a single layer on a heat- resistant,
non-metallic serving platter. 5. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 12 to 14 minutes or until chicken is
well cooked. Turn chicken pieces over after 5 minutes. 6. Repeat with remaining pieces as needed.
Tip: Uncooked chicken pieces can either be stored in refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or may be frozen for 3 months. Cooked pieces may be reheated.

CRISPY FRIED WINGS
Ingredients for chicken wings soaking:
Chicken Wings (with skin) 1 kg
Vinegar 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Water as required
Ingredients for Chicken Wings Marination:
Lemon juice 2-3 tsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Ingredients for dry batter preparation:
All-purpose Flour 2 cups
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Directions for chicken marination:
1- In a bowl, add water, vinegar, and salt, and mix it well.
2- Now add wings, Mix well and soak for 10-15 mins.
3- In a bowl, add soaked wings. Pat dry them before marination.
4- Now add red chili powder, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, mustard paste, and black pepper, and mix it well.
5- Marinate in refrigerator for 10-15 mins.
Directions for dry batter preparation:
1- In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, garlic powder, salt, and red chili powder, and mix it well.
2- Your dry batter is ready.
Directions for Frying:
1- Take the marinated wings and coat them well in the dry batter.
2- Now dip the coated wings in chilled water for 2 seconds and coat them again in dry batter.
3- Deep fry the coated chicken wings until crispy and golden in color.
4- Your KFC-style crispy chicken wings are ready.
Prep time: 15-20 mins
Cooking Time: 15 mins
Servings: 5-6

chicken wings - 1 kg (2.2 lb)
sodium bicarbonate - 10 g (0.35 oz)
cold water - 1 l (34 fl oz)
Leave it for 20 min
oil - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
salt - 8 g (0.29 oz)
black pepper - 5 g (0.18 oz)
sweet paprika - 5 g (0.18 oz)
garlic - 2 cloves
ketchup - 30 g (1 oz)
mustard- 20 g (0.7 oz)
honey - 20 g (0.7 oz)
water - 150 ml (5.07 fl oz)
Cook for 20 min
cabbage - 400 g (14 oz)
carrot - 1 piece
mayonnaise - 30 g (1 oz)
mustard - 20 g (0.7 oz)
vinegar - 10 ml (0.34 fl oz)
sugar - 10 g (0.35 oz)
green onion - 10 g (0.35 oz)
herbs of Provence - 10 g (0.35 oz)
parsley - 10 g (0.35 oz)
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper - 4 g (0.14 oz)

Oven BBQ Chicken Wings
Oven BBQ Chicken Wings - this is by far one of the best ways of preparing chicken wings. The spicy sweet sticky sauce is simply amazing and hard to resist.

Ingredients
Makes about 4 servings
2 1/4 pounds (1kg) chicken wings, tips removed
2 tbsp (30ml) oil
1/2 tsp (3g) salt
1 tsp (3g) garlic powder
1 tsp (3g) smoked paprika
1/2 tsp (2g) black pepper
BBQ Sauce
1 cup (240g) barbecue sauce
1/4 cup (80g) honey
2 tbsp (30g) ketchup or hot sauce (sriracha)
1. Preheat oven to 440F (220C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place an oven rack on top.
2. Place the chicken wings into a large bowl, add oil and toss to coat. In a small bowl combine salt with garlic powder, smoked paprika and black pepper. Add the mixture over the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly.
3. Arrange the seasoned chicken wings on the rack in one layer.
4. Bake for 40-45 minutes depending on their size, flipping once after the first 20 minutes.
5. While the wings are baking prepare the sauce.
6. Place the barbecue sauce with honey and hot sauce (your choice) into a small saucepan. Simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
7. Remove the wings form the oven and brush with barbecue sauce.
8. Bake for 10-15 minutes until glaze is glossy and caramelized.
9. Garnish with green onion and serve with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy.
