How To make Margarita Liqueur
1 Bottle silver tequila
1 Peel of orange; cut in
. continuous spiral 1 Peel of lime; cut in
. continuous spiral 6 oz Cointreau
Share a shot of tequila with a friend while making this. Add citrus peel to tequila remaining in bottle, and then add the Cointreau to taste. Keep refrigerated and serve in sherry glasses. Remove citrus peel if liqueur starts to become bitter. It can be served straight or on the rocks with a twist of orange peel. Take a bottle of this to the host of a dinner party instead of a bottle of wine. Margarita Cocktail Recipe - Liquor.com
The Margarita is one of the most popular cocktails in North America—for good reason. Combining the tang of lime and the sweetness of orange liqueur with the distinctive strength of tequila, our classic Margarita strikes all of the right keys.
Although many people reach for premade sour mix, we highly recommend using fresh lime juice. The end result is—let’s face it—superior.
When talking Margaritas, it’s easy to get lost in stories about who invented the drink or get mired in debates over salt versus no salt; blended or frozen; triple sec, Cointreau or Grand-Marnier. In our opinion, this version is the tried-and-true recipe for the best Margarita you can make. Memorize it, and you’ll always impress.

½ oz Agave syrup
Garnish: Lime wheel, kosher salt
Glass: Rocks
Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice, and shake until chilled.

Devil's Margarita Cocktail Recipe - Liquor.com
A well-made Margarita is a pure joy to drink, but sometimes you crave a more sinful cocktail. This tasty twist on the tequila classic calls for red wine, adding a dash of color and earthiness to the mix. Quick tip: Skip the salted rim as it clashes with the wine’s acidity. Plus, it looks too much like a halo.

1 1/2 oz Blanco tequila
1 oz Fresh lime juice
3/4 oz Simple syrup
1/2 oz Red wine
Garnish: Lime wheel
Glass: Cocktail
In a pint glass, add the tequila, lime juice and syrup with ice and shake until well-chilled.
