3/4 c Peanut butter, divided 1/4 c Butter, softened 1/4 c Corn syrup 1/2 ts Vanilla 1 c Icing sugar 1/4 c Chocolate chips, melted In small mixer bowl, beat together 1/2 c peanut butter, butter, corn syrup and vanilla. Stir in icing sugar until well blended. Melt chocolate chips in measuring cup in the microwave or in a small pot on the stove and stir in 1/4 c peanut butter. Gently stir this mixture slightly back into the peanut butter for a marble effect. Pour into a small pie plate or pan and refrigerate until set. Keep in refrigerator. Cut into squares. Peppermint White Chocolate Marbled Fudge Recipe
This sweet peppermint fudge recipe is the perfect gift to give this holiday season.
Ingredients: --1/4 cup softened butter -- 4 cup mini marshmallows -- 1 cup heavy cream -- 2 cup sugar -- 1/8 tsp salt -- 3 cup white chocolate chips -- 1 tsp peppermint extract (or vanilla extract) -- Colored sprinkles -- red food coloring
Directions -- Line a 9-by-13-inch pan with foil.
-- In a saucepan, simmer butter, marshmallows, heavy cream, sugar, and salt. When smooth, stir in white chocolate chips and peppermint extract. Blend well.
-- Spread in pan. Coat with colored sprinkles. Cool; cut into squares (if you like, cut squares in half to make triangles). As a variation, substitute vanilla for peppermint extract.
-- use a dropper to add red food coloring and use a pointed tool to create swirls.
